Fairmont Singapore Review

Dined at Antidote.. Nice ambience. But the beef burger was not cooked to the temperature I liked. Wanted Medium rare but got a well done Patty.

Got a king suite and stay for 2 nights. Check in was done pre registration online but downside is still got wait in Q for ar 15mins to counter. It could do better in term of in room breakfast dining , clearer explanation to guests among staff. Meanwhile, still quite a pleasant stay minus some hiccups.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Singapore with connections to the MRT and walking distance to the water. Not all the features and facets of the room were functional however the service of the staff, the hotel amenities and the location more than made up for it. I stayed here for a two week business trip that I will never forget. The hotel is connected to a mall with many shops and restaurants as well and is located near to the city hall. There is also much to see and do within walking distance. Would love to stay here again should I return to beautiful Singapore.

Sky suites was fantastic. Great ambient with good food and great view of the city.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont - my fifth stay there. The trip was booked back in December and as a repeat guest I expected better service. I always stay on the Executive Club level and when I checked in I was told that the room type I usually have was not available. I was shown to a room in the old tower and it was about half the size of the room I usually have. I was not offered any sort of refund as the room I was being offered was vastly inferior to the type I usually have. I returned to the check-in desk on Level 23 and advised that I would not stay in that room and finally after a 1 1/2 hour wait, I was given the type of room I usually have. My loyalty to the hotel meant nothing, and even though it was Chinese New Year, I expect to be given some sort of priority. Accommodation in Singapore is plentiful and whilst I won't travel again at the time of Chinese New Year, I will be looking elsewhere to stay. I was extremely disappointed as I have always had good service at this hotel before. Not good enough - Chinese New Year, or not.

Fairmont Singapore is a 5-star premium hotel. However, much of the decor and fixtures in their rooms needs to be replaced and refurbished.

Part of the Raffles City complex of hotels, shopping outlets, and convention spaces. The Fairmont is conveniently located and easily accessible being just by the City Hall MRT station. The hotel is nicely appointed with a friendly and professional staff. Was gong to have afternoon tea at the much lauded Anti*dote but alas it was not to be. You have to make reservations at least the day before. The tea sets are prepared based on the reservations for that day and the only way to get in is if there are cancellations or no shows.

Have stayed several times and love the position and staff.

Clean and spacious. But may be complicated to get to designated places.

When we visited unfortunately they are renovating, even we couldn t use the pool. But thankfully they provide if we want to use swimming pool we can use swimming pool in other hotel within the accor group but i think it was too much hassle just just for a pool experience.

Attended a wedding banquet at Stamford ballroom it is quite spacious and grand.

Fairmont provides the best customer service I ever had before. Especially big thanks to duty manager Royston Ong. His best service makes our trip to Singapore feels like at home. Due to my family changed flight time several times, we needed to change our accommodation. There were several booking and cancel records which really confusing. Mr. Ong listened carefully about our booking and helped us arrange to the most suitable room type. He is so patient till the last minute when the whole checkin process is finally done( which took almost 1 hour!). At last, Mr. Ong even gave us his business card saying if there's any error with the credit card bill due to rebooking, just give him a call! Thank you so much for your help Mr. Ong. We are deeply appreciated!

The hotel is located in the central part of Singapore and is accessible by public transportation. It is located next to a shopping center which has a wide variety of food options. The staff are friendly and helpful to the guests. Great place for business meetings.

Amazing hotel. Great staff. Close proximity to City Hall MRT station makes it easier to travel around the city.

Excellent, discrete and professional. The facilities are kept in top condition and the staff are well trained

Was at the Asian Market Cafe. The buffet dinner has a wide variety of food with mainly Asian Cuisine with seafood, Laksa, Roti Prata.

We just had lunch at Asian Market and Mr Jose Invictus made it extra special for my Sister whose birthday is today. Thank you very much! Good job!

Decent location, good ambience. Walked around and had some drinks. Not a lot of people and I loved it. Might head back again.

Delightful stay at the Fairmont. Didnt wznt for a tthing and loved our night caps at Anti dote.

If your looking for a hotel to stay in with your family of any size then this is the right place.

You've got all the usual facilities such as a pool, sports, gym etc. But you also have a shopping mall with a crazy amount of choice in restaurants and shops less than 3 mins walk from the reception. For those that are thinking its noisy you are wrong.

Simply put between the locations advantages and the most lovely and professional staff I'd highly recommend a stay at the fairmount.

Great cosy hotel with a very welcoming lobby and atmosphere!

The only place to stay in Singapore, part of the raffles complex only 20 yards from a Singapore sling couldn't be better and close to all the sights. Use taxis they're great value for money.

Central location with good view and great amenities!

The Stamford ballroom has good sound system. The deco and lightings are adequate too. To add on, their in house emcee does a great job at hosting events!

The subway beside this hotel is City Hall. As the name suggest , the hotel is located in the heart of the City. Attached to this hotel is a shopping complex with plenty of eateries at the basement. A good location to be in with excellent view of the harbour and city...

Ballroom is spacious. The service was ok. However, they can be more proactive in refilling drinks. The food was ok. Generous portion

A little old and worn out but still a great hotel. The views are incredible especially on the bay side. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is lively and vibrant with several great malls connected by underground passage.

Not a bad hotel. Was there for a 3d2n staycation. Location wise is ok.

Went to Szechuan Court Resturant for lunch. The service and food was good.
