Fairmont provides the best customer service I ever...

Fairmont provides the best customer service I ever had before. Especially big thanks to duty manager Royston Ong. His best service makes our trip to Singapore feels like at home. Due to my family changed flight time several times, we needed to change our accommodation. There were several booking and cancel records which really confusing. Mr. Ong listened carefully about our booking and helped us arrange to the most suitable room type. He is so patient till the last minute when the whole checkin process is finally done( which took almost 1 hour!). At last, Mr. Ong even gave us his business card saying if there's any error with the credit card bill due to rebooking, just give him a call! Thank you so much for your help Mr. Ong. We are deeply appreciated!
