Everything was great, but maid service was terrible!!! They did not replace coffee cups, coffee or wine glasses. I had to request more coffee and coffee cups. They replaced coffee items, but did not provide more wine glasses. My husband had to go to bar to get a wine glass. For $269 a night, this should never happen!!!

I have never been here! Seems like if you just drive, or walk by a place it's like you've been there!

Was there for a wedding. Staff was friendly, ballroom looked great.

Very disappointed with our stay. This hotel was very expensive, over $350USD a night for our 4 night stay. We had come all the way from Australia, and needless to say, I booked this hotel because I was expecting something special. Unfortunately, this hotel did not even come close to expectations. Our room was not cleaned every day, because by the time the single housekeeping staff member on our floor got to our room, it was nearly 4pm. Even when it was, it wasn't that clean, our toilet paper wasn't replaced, and I honestly felt bad for her having to do all those rooms by herself so I didn't want to ask her to change the sheets. They leave a card asking you to ask them to change the sheets, otherwise they only do them every 3 days... Extremely disappointing, I would not book this hotel if you want a nice experience, I was left feeling very ripped off. This is very poor form for a supposedly high quality hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are typical. Showers are very modern with glass panels. Great place to stay if in the area. Join their rewards club so you don't have to pay for internet everyday.

Security is crazy stupid at this place. I walk in wit a suit and they wave at me. I walk in wearing sweatpants (out for a run) and they question why am I walking into their lobby. I had a room under both circustances (same stay)

The staff was amazing, the hotel itself was beautiful, my only issue was with the very dated TV system they use that you can find in any Super 8 Motel. I felt I was surrounded by luxury until I picked up a remote control from 1998. The big flat screen TV's are only as nice as the service you send to them.

I had a great experience here. I roomed here while at conference with my company. All the staff were polite and outgoing, the business itself was very presentable, and the room was lovely. I also loved the location; right in the heart of downtown with access to many important loavtions and venues, not to mention restaurants! I know my colleagues were not too thrilled about the wifi cost, but relative to other locations that I've gone that charge for wifi, the cost was reasonable to me. If I find myself in the area again, I would seriously consider the Fairmont.

It's a new Fairmont hotel. It's amazing. Great amenities and unbelievable service. We're staying in the executive suite and It's HUGE. We have 2 kids with us so it makes all the difference when travelling to have the extra space. The people here are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's right downtown so everything you need is within walking distance. Happy I reserved a room for us here.

The rooms are very ugly. Beds not the best and your have to pay for wifi!. Not worth the amount of money.

The staff was spectacular! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! The servers and server's assistants at the FL.2 restaurant were also fantastic and very sweet to our two year old.

I was actually very disappointed. When I stayed at other Fairmont Hotels with my family, we felt we were treated like we were special and the whole vacation was elevated by our accommodation. This location was different. We get to our suite and foind a pack of condoms and some tags from clothing in a drawer. Everything had dust on it. The shower head in the on suite bathroom was almost unscrewed completely. The floor in the smaller bathroom was dirty with stained towels and bath mats. I felt unclean in the whole environment. I even checked the bed. I STAYED AT A FAIRMONT PROPERTY AND FELT LIKE I HAD TO CHECK THE BED! This is not ok. We ordered room service that night and the pasta was luke warm and the burger was cold in the middle and was put together with what seemed like low quality ingredients. I could have stayed in a suite at a Radisson and had a more satisfying experience. If you're looking for a luxury accommodation, look somewhere else.

This hotel has a business class feel located right downtown Pittsburgh in the business district.

The Fairmont Hotel was a wonderful host for the Pittsburgh Goes Red Luncheon. The food was excellent.

The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel. My last visit was for a company conference where we had a large presentation room booked. The hotel provided drinks and light snacks. Prior to that I've stayed overnight at the Fairmont and was really happy with the quality of the room and my overall stay.

My wife and I attended a wedding in the Grand Ballroom, and everything was wonderful. The food was fantastic, and most of all, the staff was excellent. They were very professional, and still friendly and courteous.

Rude as he** obviously don t care about Shri guest. Don t stay here. Go literally anywhere else

I had dinner at one of their restaurants. The staff was friendly. The food was cooked well and delicious.

This hotel is very over rated!!!! I thought I was booking the closest thing to a 5 Star in Pgh! How wrong & disappointed I was! It started with our arrival! No bellman to assist with getting in from the horrible street parking that the valet offered a luggage cart. By the way, I didn t find out that they were charging me $38 a night to park my car!!!! If I had known I would not have tipped the way I did!!! Surprise!!!! After getting in & settled, we called down for room service for which the staff was very uninformed about the menu! Things on the menu that were not available & going back and forth them calling to tell me they didn t have what I ordered. A $95 room service bill for two crumbs of cake & ice cream & two sodas. They don t clean the room or even give fresh towels until the third day of your stay! Very disappointing for a so called 5 star hotel. I could sure teach them a few things. Never again!!!!

This hotel was located in an excellent spot relative to the city. You literally walk outside and market square is right there. I loved the decor, live jazz band, and the rooms themselves. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had a couple's massage on the spa. It was luxurious. They had excellent customer service. The account. Accommodations in the locker room could have been better.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown Pitt. The restaurant and service was outstanding and the staff really made me feel at home and comfortable. They were very attentive and knowledgeable.

I was there at the hotel this past Saturday and I had a great time. Met some really great people there's and had very much fun. Plus service was awesome. Sunday I had dinner there and it was great. I will be having dinner there this weekend. The Fairmont hotel is the best hotel in the state. I will be there this upcoming weekend for some jazz and great food.

My daughter's wedding reception will be at the Fairmont. Just left a tasting and Rebecca, Maria, and Chef treated us like royalty! Cannot wait for the big day. Thank you for your hospitality. Beautiful facility and wonderful people.

Absolutely love the spa on the 3rd floor. The wet and dry sauna are AMAZING. The room service is also great because the portion size is actually enough food to be full. Delicious too

Our stay at the Fairmont last weekend was nothing short of spectacular. The staff made the experience so special for my wife and me. From the minute we got out of the car for valet, to our dinner at fl.2, the service was attentive and exceeding our expectations. We re looking forward to our next stay at the Fairmont.
