Very nice, beautiful, clean and quiet 5 * hotel. Spacious rooms that clean every day. A good choice of restaurants, delicious dishes for every taste (albeit, even with FB drinks at an additional cost). Polite staff, quality service. Its beach with lots of sun beds and umbrellas (at no extra charge), fine sand, smooth entry into the water, you can swim with the children. A good (but shallow) adult pool, and a children's pool is suitable even for children of two years old. I recommend for a relaxing family holiday!

The beach is beautiful and uncluttered The swimming pool is wonderful and does not close until late 9 at night and rescuers are permanently present in the children and adults pool and the beach The rooms are beautiful and have a great view Valet parking service is fast and smooth The presence of games for children and a club of their own Defects: The high price of food and beverages Those with a stroller or people of determination will struggle to reach the beach because of the lack of pathways for them, and this thing was surprised The air conditioner is very cold especially for children The Czech Republic and Czechout are delayed due to crowding, and although the hotel building has 14 floors, the reception table is small, and can only accommodate two employees. The beach needs to be cleaned from the sea trees and was surprised at its neglect Smoking and shisha at the pool are harmful, and although I smoke, they bother me, especially among children

Not at all up to Fairmont standards we are used to. We had booked five rooms for a 2 day relaxation. We were left without rooms till 5pm. As an apology, I was told that I was upgraded to a Deluxe room, which was the room I had already paid for. The following day, and upon requesting a late checkout, which was our right since rooms were booked with VIP status and early check-in and late check-out, instead of the receptionist trying to solve it or apologize, they said we can talk to the manager. Which we didn t do because we didn t want to waste our time. Instead, we checked out and left.

Well, the hotel itself is fine: rooms are spacious and pretty convenient (though for instance balcony doors are very hard to slide), well equipped and do not seem too used (though the carpets, tiles and some parts tell you the hotel is not new and the taste of the decorators was initially questionable). The gym is very well equipped with hammam and sauna, new expensive machines and so on. Personnel is quite friendly however forgetful - very common they forget to bring (or check that you have enough) towels or replenish tee/coffee, and you never know at what time they'll do room cleaning but in general staff is very positive and ever ready to satisfy your basic requests. What was absolutely inappropriate for s 5* hotel was food. Breakfast for two costs 65, seriously? For disgusting sausages, average bakery, lack of vegetables and very cheap cheeses? And the beach. On the one hand quite well equipped but on the other hand littered and obviously not regularly cleaned. If you host pigs, well that's a big problem but if you know this problem then you need to do something with it. "If I ignore it maybe it will go away" doesn't work here, sorry. All in all for a low price this could be a good choice but don't expect a true 5* hotel vacation.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day, the hall was tastefully decorated for the New Year. At breakfast, the food is monotonous; for lunch and dinner they serve wonderful chocolate cakes.

A wonderful hotel in the small emirate of Ajman. This meant it was lovely and quiet - without the crowds of Dubai. The rooms are bigger than your average hotel, with a lovely deep bath tub and comfy chairs on the balcony overlooking the sea. I recommend asking for a room in the west wing for the sunset - I saw many people taking photos and videoing but didn't get the chance to see it from my own balcony. The staff are all absolutely lovely and we felt incredibly welcome. I recommend going to Kiyi - the Turkish restaurant on site - for dinner. Will be back!

It is a 5 star hotel in Ajman, the smallest of the seven United Arab Emirates. The hotel was very nice, the rooms spacious and clean. The food was excellent, there was something for every taste. There was a large pool with bar. The private sandy beach lets forget the everyday life. Dubai is about 50 km from the hotel

This hotel is clean and very comfortable although they need a wooden bathroom door as this one is glass. Everything was good quality in the room and we had a good view. The pool area is nice but a bit busy. The staff were nice and we felt looked after.

we have taken staycation in different beach hotels in Ajman. And Fairmont was best so far. Rooms and balcony are spacious. All fittings are great. Swimming pool are well maintained. And lifeguard are alway around to take control if any situation special mentionto lifeguard Shakti who was keepingkids engagedin kids pool and watching them and talkingto them. Food is great and but its same every single day. So by 3rd or 4th day you will be bored. Room service food is really bad. But overall we had amazing experience.. beach side restaurant is super slow In serving food or drinks. Staff had brought us wrong bill twice for our order. So don't forget to check your bill. Best thing what I like the days it was very windy at beach they put bouncy castle for kids to keep them busy. And movie experience so kids can enjoy movie and popcorn and parents can enjoy their walk on beach.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The staff is very helpful and you can feel that you are their highest priority. The food is very good (especially their pizza) and also the drinks made at the bars. Your room (which are classy) gets well cleaned every day. We arrived at night and could even then get food in the bar. The beautiful beach is just outside the hotel. I would like to especially thank Mehmood Shaikh, Fattah Jabrailov and Rajesh Karki!

Great value for money - good service, good beach and competitive rates. Only issue I would say is getting in and out is a slight pain (to and from non-beach locations). Crowd is mainly families.

The hotel is nice and very comfortable situated on the beach with a very nice swimming pool. Nice to relax a couple of days. But getting to Dubai will take you in between 1 to 2h. Also as this place is weekly used so wedding it can be noisy as a lot of the reception is manage outside and often a couple some days.
