Fairmont Ajman, UAE Review

Very nice ,top security best breakfast n everything abailable in your room

Absolutely superb - luxurious public areas, bedrooms, food, staffing and polite service. Need I say more? We stayed in other 5 star hotels during our holiday Inn Dubai and nothing compared for the price. Spoil yourself and go straight there!

Its a very nice hotel but its is a bit worn at the edges. The staff seems thin compared to most other hotels at the UAE. Things like towels, chair cushions, staff uniforms all need to be replaced.

As with most everyone is UAE the staff were great with my kids but the kids facilities were not as good as I have seen. The playground was closed, not sure why.

We did have a nice lunch there, but I would give the quality of the food only 3 stars.

Stayed here last days with RSD traveling in this hotels. I can only write that it was great.

A great place to relax... no one can imagine such a beautiful property in Ajman .. the hotel is really beautiful with a private beach.

Another seafront hotel. Personally, found the staff to be rude, entertaining only the Europeans with a bias against Asians in general. Two great restaurants - Italian and Turkish. Good bar with live TV coverage for sports.

Superb hotel, luxurious, located by the sea and a sandy beach. Comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff! All these elements contribute to make the stay idyllic. Every day shuttles leave from the hotel and take you to Dubai, if you wish.

Impeccable service by leaving padlock blocked Moshim of security cut the padlock and offered me another padlock before leaving reassured

Decent 5 star Hotel with nice Restaurant's and Good Food. Unfortunately Poor swimming pool area and Very Poor Service in the outdoor Pool Area.

Experienced this amazing property this month and it is nothing short of spectacular...beautiful beach..great selection of food and beverage and wondeful service by shahid in the Italian resto.. the manager wilfred also super cool and funny guy...iqbal on beach looked after us and the fnb manager tonyson was also there to enquire with us about our stay and make it a memorable weekend..definitely gonna be back

Next to the beach and sea, so you can enjoy beach activities an d and swimming, beach opens @ 7:00 am till 6:30 pm.

There are around 5 restaurants, with different dishes options, turkish, Italian, and others

Rooms facilities were good, and provides many other services, like laundry.

We used one of the meeting room, Altayer ,
Which has magnificent view. The meeting facilities were perfect too.

The hotel is a bit old! Very shabby, dirty, despite the measures taken on COVID. Old towels, bad smell in the room. But a gorgeous view of the sea, good quality food, a varied selection of dishes for dinner. Due to the relatively low cost, it is a very worthy option.

The hotel followed COVID-19 protocols adequately while also providing good room service and accommodation.

We had an awesome time at Fairmont Ajman and can recommend this hotel!
We went as a couple and were very satisfied! The hotel was totally clean, all rooms have sea views and the food was very good. There was a lot of choice from different regions of this world! The room service was great, every day you get free 1l water in the room, it also has free tea and a Nespresso machine with associated capsules. The hotel itself is very quiet, which we liked. Directly opposite there is a small supermarket where you can stock up with more water or snacks. In Ajman it is easy to get by taxi from A to B, it is not too expensive either. The pool is cooled, which was necessary in the hot temperatures, there was daily fresh pool or beach towels. The beach is very clean, guarded, you will never bothered by anyone. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Fairmont Ajman and we would go there again anytime!

A quiet hotel with one of the best beach views. We enjoyed our stay there, though the food was not that good. I would still go there again and recommend it to others. It's probably the best hotel in Ajman(at least better than Kempinski) in my opinion.

Rooms are ok, the service is terrible. Takes ages to get any simple thing done. Not worth it. Food is horrible and expensive

Been here for two days now and everything has been great. Housekeeping is very helpful.

I wouldn't recommend the expensive furniture and the standard is 4 star

The hotel is sweet, the rooms are sweet, the location is sweet but the service is not good, the room entered us at five o'clock, we were tense, we were waiting and waiting in the reception, despite the agreement it was at 3:00 pm we entered the room and we held the wedding party at the hotel but the food was good and the service was not good at all and the wedding cake But its taste is sweet but its taste is not good and it was not put on the bride before the end of the wedding was a cake is very bad, and eating to degenerate the recipe is a bowl of chickpeas without bread with three grains of paper grapes and steak cake without anything else Is this permissible I do not recommend this hotel Absolutely.

Very nice hotel with a great beach.
Was there for the second time and would be happy to return. The junior suite on the 12th floor was great. But you have to be aware that you can't do much there without a car.

The only minus is the sometimes very high prices in the house. 12 for 10 fries are outrageous. 11 for a beer and 15 for a low-alcohol cocktail ...? That may work in Atlantis the Palm, but in Ajman?

You should definitely avoid the Turkish restaurant in the house! If I pay 500 (!!!!) for four people and then have to eat somewhere else because I'm hungry, then I feel robbed !! That is not how it works.

Wonderful place to stay and relax at the beach. Food is wonderful and staff are very friendly.

Staff need to be more friendly and sort out issues for visitors . It does not make sense to request empty plate and the reply it is chargeable . And to give small room facing building when they have better rooms available and given to us after needless argument . Rooms are good , beach is good , pool is small . No kids facilities or activities .

Veey classy place, stuff need better customer service training

This was a spectacular stay-cation. very well managed (except the breakfast - egads, it was a mess). Beautiful facilities & no crowds. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family. we will be back!

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful staff, Sea View is perfect, its the best choice to relax and enjoy vacation.However, my main complaint is the mattress and the pillows. They were just not that good.

The hotel staff was friendly. Well most of them. I stayed with my sister and we both felt that the layout of the room needs changes. For example: There was a large mirror in front of one of the single beds which blocked half the tv. There is no charging outlet close to bed. We had to get up from the bed to go to the bathroom or kettle area if we had to plug in or unplug phone charging or check our phones.

The place is lovely but it is really hard to get any request through the room service.

I asked for glasses 2 time and both time they said they are coming, never came.
Called for a water issue in the bathroom.
No one came.
Great place but need better room service.
I'm checking out tomorrow I hope all go well.

We booked two adults and a child seat. Three days out of six slept in the same bed. Our friends were even less lucky Two adults and two children in the same bed. And this did not go on the third day to swear. They gave an extra place it is not clear what kind of food the horror ! There is no free water in this canteen. A ration for children is not suitable.

I face one issue with security when I try to take some footage drone when other guest use drone without any issue I don't like the way of security handling this type of rules should be there sign to informe the guest drone not allowed
