Northern Testing Laboratory Reviews

The ward county sheriff's office quit doing fingerprinting and sent me up to northern testing. Fingerprinting is only available on Tuesday and Thursday is what I was told. I asked if there was anyone else in town that does it I was laughed at and told that there is another lady that does do it but she only does it on Tuesday and Thursday. FYI for a small fee she will do it any time and I was able to get it done today. In my opinion if the county is going to have your company do there fingerprinting you should offer it daily. I will be bringing this to the county's attention.

Very friendly staff and relaxed environment compared to MEPS.

I called ahead because I was running behind and wouldn t be there until 5 o clock and I wanted to be sure I would be able to test. I was drinking water on my way so I would be ready to pee and hurry up and finish. When I got there I asked if I could go ahead and pee before I did my paperwork and they allowed it. My problem with them began then. The lady administering the test said my urine was too diluted and said I would have to retest, no problem, as I did drink a a couple bottles of water over the last hour. But she made me go strip in front of another employees spin around in front of them and basically just be degraded and humiliated, and expected me to pee again within less than 3 minutes from when I gave my sample. Of course I couldn t. So I went and did my paperwork and did NOT leave the office, when I was done with my paperwork I was ready to go again. This woman made me strip AGAIN spin around AGAIN and pee in a cup facing an employee. I will say this. If I m ever looking for a job and they try to send me there, they will lose out on a potential employee. It s one thing to be thorough, it s another to humiliate people.

Very rude old white ladies that work here take your business elsewhere they were very discriminatory towards me im a latino male and will never come here again

Northern Testing was very accommodating. I showed up without an appointment and was helped immediately. I messed up all my paperwork and was kindly helped to ensure my paperwork was filled out correctly and would not be rejected. Thank you!

Have used this place for all drug testing for last 4 years, I've never been in there longer than 20 minutes, they have always been professional and polite. They make the process quick and easy and were very accommodating on a day where I had my son with me, the folks there spoiled him with a calendar and a toy while he was waiting. Would recommend them to anyone.

Brenda Borders is the most unprofessional and rude thing I have ever seen!! Take your business elsewhere. She was tearing up papers, didn't know what she is doing! This place caused a friend of mine his job because they notify your current employer that you are applying for jobs!! How ridiculous!! Seems like they do it to minorities on purpose. The worst service I have ever seen.
I hope the minorities report her to the attorney General and ND department of labor for discrimination!

Had to take a drug test for employment and visited the crew down at Northern Testing. Great group of people. The staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable of my companies needs.

I was the one that helped you at the office. You came in with a chip on your shoulder and demanded fingerprinting done. Our office only offers fingerprinting on Tues and Thurs. You then used the "F"word. I gave you the information and you asked if someone else did it in town. I told you that they do but again its on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You snatched the slip of paper out of my hand and used the "F" word on the way out the door. Have a nice day.
