Great theater with comfy reclining seats and great movie selection.

Saw Wozzeck, Live in HD from the Met Opera. Great recliner seats, a little worn but super comfortable. Sound was excellent. First time there, will definitely go back.

I watched mission impossible fallout it was amazing the food was great so was the chairs it reclines back it awesome

I saw 2 rats run under the seats in the theater near where I was sitting i felt uncomfortable so i moved rows and another thing the seats didn't have enough room for snacks i wish there would have been a trey

The good: access directly from parking garage, reclining seats, separate scan location for online tickets.
The bad: so-so restrooms.

One of the two theatres in the fairfax area, and definitely has held up since 20 years ago. Great seats, great places to eat near by and also a safeway right there! It s got it all, love my movie nights here.

The fact is the location is very close to my house, I would say 3 minutes away, have been here couple times before, no issues, walked out very satisfied with $$$ I spent. Yesterday I decided to take my gf to watch Transformers: The last Knight, I swear the "audience" and the screen were so small and tiny that I felt like I was sitting in the garage or in my basement, totally unacceptable for $40 wasted, want my money back!!! Long story short I am not going back there anymore!!!!

I purchased the tickets online. One email didnt come through. When i went to the theatre i could not reprint my tickets after my card was swiped. The attendant could not either. We verbally told them our seat numbers and the manager asked to see our cards to confirm again. Finally we did get to see the movie. The next day i saw i was charged twice! They have no clue how to fix it. Im not coming back ever.

Cleanliness on busy nights can be an issue but great theather none the less! Love the big lounge seats!

Just enjoyed a movie here on Saturday. The Seats are magnificant.

You have to go up several flights of stairs if you take the main entrance from the street level. Was clean and well maintained. That have a mini theater with recliners, which I happen to like very much.

Very nice theater. Friendly staff. Super comfy seating. Clean restroom. My only complaint is that the floor in the theater was sticky.

They started to serve alcohol and have electric reclining chairs. Not a bad theater, but needs a refreshing. Hasnt been updated since the 90s.

Do not go to this theater!!! Worst concession experience EVER!!! Waited OVER 35 minutes in line for concessions and then was told it'd be 20 MORE for any hot items! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And the "manager" was a jerk about it too. This theater is crossed OFF my list!

Nice area everything you need close by.. also great and comfortable seats. Quality of sound and picture is great plus its clean and not as price for food like other locations.

The theater itself is nice. They have the best reclining seats I've seen in a theater so far. Unfortunately, the theater has a mice infestation. I was sitting in my reclining chair when I noticed 3 gray figures racing through the isles. Then they came back to the seat next to me and begin munching on popcorn that was laying in the floor. I was shocked and went to report the problem to management. The manager responded by saying they would get an exterminator there soon. Well I wouldn't want to eat here nor go back to watch a movie until they do so.

The reclining seats here are the best thing about this theater and makes it worth it.

This movie theater is such a horrible place. Nothing is organized and the movie started 40mins late without any explanation.

I've been to this place several times and loved being there. It's our go-to place for movies.

The front doors should have an elevator and the concession stand shouldn't be where you pick up your tickets. Very bad design.

I will take reclining seats and Regal Crown Club benefits over Fairfax Corner any day.

Smaller theater than I'm used to, but they made up for it with their high quality leather reclining seats with footrests!! Ordered tickets online like I always do, and skipped the line and they scanned my tickets straight from my phone. In my past experience, this theater can have super long lines at certain times, and the turn around time per customer is pretty slow. Would recommend this place to anyone, given that they plan to order tickets ahead of time.

Comfortable recliner seats. Reserved seating. Enough parking space. Screen, Sounds and seating arrangement can be better.

This theater has reserved, reclining seats in widely spaced rows, and each pair of seats has three cup holders (that are not shared with the adjacent pairs of seats). The acoustics are good, the food is good, and the parking is easy. It's a great theater.

This theatre finally upgraded to the lounge seats which are nice. The theater offers many different types of food so not limited to popcorn. It is on the upper level so if you don't like stairs make sure you park on the 3rd level of the garage. That will give you straight access to the theater.

Okay theater but the entrance is a pain to get up to on the second floor. It would be nice if they wiped down the seats too.

This one made me almost cry. If only all theatres would operate as these guys, the whole industry would change. Good food ,even better customer service, good 3D technology, the best sound in more than four states. This I loved.

Beautiful location with comfortable seats & incredibly clean. Probably the best movie theater location me and my parents have been to. It feels like you're right at home with how spacious it is.

Would definitely go back for any special movie showing like we did back in September.

Love the reclining chairs, easy to access just park in parking garage level 3 or 4 floor but elevator takes you to entrance. Plenty of handicap parking and wheel chair accessible I myself am in a wheel chair some of the times. I always buy my tickets on fandango to reserve early.My favorite theater in Burke/Fairfax/Springfield VA...

Small screen with leveled floor that makes it hard to see the screen fully.

I always loved being here the employees make you feel at home. Decent food to boot. Only time I have any issues when I tried to watch one of the musicals, it ended up being a documentary of how the musical got started. the manager on duty at the time was nice enough to take care of me and my girlfriend and we got to see it when it came out

This was the first time I had ever been to this theater and may I saw I will definitely not be returning to this location. The new recliner seats were nice and so were the wooden floors inside the theater. I was in the theater for about 10 minutes when I saw a RAT run across the floor right in front of me! Yes, a RAT. This was the grossest thing I've ever experienced at the movies. When I informed management of it, the guy was really nice and offered us refunds and apologized for what had happened.

Never messy and always has friendly staff.
Drinks for those of age and candy and games for the younger visitors. High quality seating with reclining functions allowing you to filly relax.

Was lil tricky to maneuver to the spot, but once there it was a blast...ended up watching a movie on a date night and to my surprise we had the entire place yo ourselves...the icing was the comfy recliners, oh baby, the recliners are so amazing I fell asleep half way through the movie....but the place is amazing, and the staff is outstandingly supportive when it comes to the snack bar...

I love this theatre has Korean movies I drive an hour away to see them and reserve seating is a plus and the chairs are so comfy

Good theatre, fairly clean, nice comfy seats! They recline and there is wood flooring, who I give the theater a homey feel.

We love the lounge chairs. Picking seats on Fandango is a must.

Seating is luscious with its full faux leather chairs for everyone. Whilst I do feel like calling it a town center is a misnomer, the locale is nice enough.

They renovated the theater but the lobby needs an update also

This is my favorite theater. I try to pick this one over all the others because of the comfortable seats and the clean bathrooms. And last night when I left the theater - I left my wallet behind! When I got home and realized I didn't have it, I drove back to the theater and ran in and they had my wallet behind the service counter. I am so grateful to them for not taking anything because I had cash and my phone was with it too.
I always park in the parking garage on the third floor because then I can go directly into the theater under roof and last night it was freezing cold. The seats are huge and reclining with large armrests and drink holders on either side. When you buy your tickets you pick your seat out. If you haven't tried this theater yet you should.

Great chairs!
Reservations make it easy to sit together and in a good location, even when you get stuck in traffic on the way to the theatre.

This theater has by far the nicest recliner seats with plenty of space between rows. Venom was awesome!!

great theatre and seats, but man could they use an escalator or elevator, those stairs were killer.

Love the chairs! I bring a little blanket with me every time I come here. Relax, kick off my shoes, lean the chair back and enjoy the movie. The staff is friendly, the place is clean!

Some of the screens are quite small. The seats are pretty mediocre compared to other theatres with this type of luxury seating.

Luxury recliners, awesome sound, a glass of wine (over 21 of course) friendly helpful staff and clean bathrooms make the movie experience wonderful.

Really like the new lounge seating. Best movie popcorn in the area but there is always a line to get tickets and the self-serve kiosks frequently do not work.

Comfortable, reserved, reclining seats, good treats. A couple of video games and claw machines. The real random pearl...the coin operated gumball and candy machines! Boom!

Tickets can seem slow sometimes at the theater. Get them online ahead of time and you can get the code to scan at the ticket taker or pick up the tickets with a code at the kiosk.

Reclining chairs are very nice. Bad experience came from the sound system in the cinema. Front right speaker is not working and no low frequency effects at auditorium 9.I had the worst headache from watching a movie in my entire adult life.
Update: Prompt response from customer service. Will come by again for a movie because of the super comfortable reclining chair!

Popcorn prices are ridiculous, just like every other movie theatre ever. Seats are comfy and recline.

Nice new reclining leather seats, enjoyed Star Wars very much. Purchased tickets online no waiting in line. Great overall experience.

Finally we got a chance to watch Joker there. Regal Fairfax Towne Center has lots of unique showrooms or restaurants to visit. Cinema center is a huge plus. After shopping around you get something to eat, get some rest or just get your ticket even by online or inside of the cinema center and watch your favorite move! Btw I liked their cramel popcorn! It is the best product there ever made!

Great theater. My mom had a pretty bad bloody nose here the other day and they were super nice and made sure she had toliet paper and cleaned up in the bathroom immediately.

Great location and new food menu is worth trying. Beats standard popcorn and nachos.

Worst Regals I've ever been to. The theaters are old and small and always dirty. It's also the only theater I've ever been to where I've encountered rude managers. Just no.

The good popcorn place. Free refill on pop and popcorn! Standard modern theater, with recliner seats. On the 3rd floor, so be prepared to go to upper deck in parking garage, take steps, or take elevator. Elevator is by entrance to parking garage. Nice little park in front of building.
