The level of arrogance is amazing Love Triumph motorcycles , I flew with my Tiger 800 XCA to Europe and rode 15,000 miles including a visit to the factory. The people at the factory were amazing but the arrogance at Triumph Atlanta is the epitome of what s wrong with the American work ethic.
Unreturned emails , unreturned phone calls , incompetent tech support , the list goes on.
What s the worst of a bad problem is the attitude of the people that work there , they act like people should be grateful we were allowed to buy a motorcycle from them.
I wonder who raised these people. It s not just me the Triumph Facebook page is chock full of people that had the same experience as me.
What s ironic is I bet any one of these people would tell you they work hard and do a great job ... hope your luck with them is better than mine

My wife and I both have a 2018 Triumph. She the Bobber and I have the Thruxton R. Besides getting a lot of thumbs up by passenger vehicles, because the bikes are definitely beautiful, we love the smoothness of the shifting, great torque and power for a twin cylinder engine, and the attention to details on both these classics. High quality all the way. Thinking of adding the Street Triple RS for some real fun. We ve become dedicated Triumph fans for sure.

I purchased a 2011 Triumph Tiger 800XC last spring. Replaced the left front indicator after a couple rides. The mounting rubber was broken. Then about 6 weeks ago the left rear indicator did the same thing. After checking I found there was a recall. I have access to 3 dealers, each one is a 2 hour ride/drive away. I contacted Kingsport cycle, they agreed to order the signals and call when they arrived..... Never called. I called them back 2 weeks later and they explained that I would need to bring the bike in and leave it before they could order the parts. They would order the parts overnight and replace them the next day.... I declined and contacted Touring sport of Greenville Sc. The service manager was out of the building and never returned my call. I contacted Triumph USA tech. support, I had to leave a voice mail and they never returned my call. I contacted Triumph USA Tech. support again today and they offered me no help. Only that the dealer would need the motorcycle prior to ordering the parts. Very disappointed in Triumph and I would not recommend anyone purchase one unless they have a local dealer they can work with.... At this point I will order another Indicator and replace it myself.... Its simpler quicker and cheaper than going thru the warranty process....
