Staff was pretty friendly. The theater seats are very comfortable. It isn t stadium seating but the row are far enough apart where you can see the screen fine in every seat. The seats are also further away from the screen than most theaters.

An interesting theater complex in the third floor of a shopping space in a strip mall. There are elevators. The parking garage abuts the theater which would be nice in bad weather. I don't know exactly how many screens (at least 10) but we were in a space with powered recliners for seating which were comfortable. There were many eating choices of restaurants in the mall.

I hate writing a bad review about a business, but as I sit awaiting my first movie here, I also know it will be my last. I happened upon other reviews that described the (alleged) mice and rat problem here, and from the look of the lobby it's no wonder. Popcorn is all over the carpet - as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. The theater itself is clean, but tiny in comparison to other theaters. There's a reason it's called the "big screen", but whoever designed this place didn't get that message. Unbelievably in this day and age, the theater floor is almost completely flat (no stadium seating). Thankfully my movie today is poorly attended; otherwise God help you if someone tall sat in front of you (just like watching a movie 30+ *years* ago). The restroom was somewhat clean, having an intense bleach odor and dim, run-down lighting. This theater charges almost the same money for a ticket as the Springfield Regal, but the differences are night and day. My recommendation to management is to get some competent staff to keep the place clean, and if rodents are truly an issue, get an exterminator in here ASAP. Fix the broken ticket kiosk another reviewer commented on (months ago). Get some staff to man the ticket booth instead of selling tickets at the concession stand. No one even was around to take my ticket! All together, this place has a super ghetto feel to it, which is an utter disgrace not just for a Regal theater, but for any theater in Fairfax county with its second highest median income level in the entire country. Get it together, management!

The seats are great and I would give it 4 stars except for Friday night. The power went out. After a couple of tries, it came back on but without sound. Management said they were working on it. After 20 minutes without sound, the sound came on but they didn't back it up. No one bothered to tell us what was happening nor did they realize we had no sound until someone told them.
So we got a refund and left. I told them manager in the box office. He said the ushers were told to go to every theater but obviously they missed ours. He offered a perfunctory apology but that was it.
We should not have had to tell them we had problems and they should have offered refunds without us asking. Most theaters would have also given us passes for another time.

Friendly staff and great rewards (Regal blows Cinemark out of the water and is a little better than AMC even if you have Premiere). It gives off the "family owned" movie theater vibe as it is "homey."

Restrooms are always very clean and all of the seats in the theater are leather recliners (similar to Cinemark nearby).

The interior and projectors need to renovated/upgraded to better compete with the Cinemark at Fairfax Corner nearby. This movie theater makes up for this by having a dedicated parking garage attached to the theater. It is perfect for rainy days where if you would have gotten wet if you had gone to the Cinemark instead. I personally have never had trouble finding parking in the garage, even on opening nights.

Some of the auditoriums smell "old" and are a little humid during the summer when compared to AMC Tysons or Cinemark Fairfax Corner. Even though this movie theater could improve on a few aspects, I love going to it. Most of their movies are in 2D. I know they have 3D, but they do not have IMAX 2D, IMAX 3D, or Regal 4DX.

Very comfortable seats with recliner! Take your time when you repurchase your tickets. It might take up to 30 minutes of previews before the movie starts. It's a perfect outing with friends especially during winter.

This Regal has stepped up its game in recent years. I mostly attend matinees, and I'm now on the reclining, reserved seat or bust -train, and I'm glad they've moved to this std. Also, the snack areas have seen an upgrade. Wine and beer and chicken samosas, oh my. I also love being able to walk into the cinema from the parking deck. I will definitely be returning all summer.

Clean theater, initially good customer service.... waited 19 minutes for pepperoni flatbread after being told it would take 6 min to prepare. When I finally got to my seat the pizza was cold throughout the middle. I told the manager after the movie and she insisted she cooked it herself and I was a liar. I've been to this theater 50 times with no issues but with the ignorant rude attitude of this manager I will never return .
