Good Experience. The hotel seems to be recently renovated, so the rooms are clean and up to date. The lobby is on the first floor, but in order to go to the parking garage, you have to go up the elevator to the second floor and leave out the side entrance, which is weird. Great experience though, will definitely stay again.

The hotel was super nice. Very chill atmosphere, in downtown. Rooms were clean and comfy. I will say we had trouble with the heat it was either freezing or burning up but that could easily have been the operators.

Clean and the staff are very pleasant. Not a lot of amenities. The breakfast in the morning is very good and there is plenty to eat. The hotel is easy to get to and there seemed to be plenty of parking in the ramp behind the hotel. Overall, a good place to stay.

Noisy restless night. Refrigerator in room made noise, toilet tank woke me up twice, broken ice maker across the hall, doors slamming, building across the street making some obnoxious humming noise, and no amenities. Next time I'll stay under a freeway overpass and get a better nights sleep.

Not only was this one of the worst hotel stays of my life, the staff didn't seem too concerned that they were running a speak easy outside of our window. Wednesday and Thursday night=7 hours of sleep total. We drove from PA and are moving to the area, I will never ever stay here or let anyone of my visiting family members stay there.

I called the front desk looking to book a room for the next night at 137 am and the man was extremely rude! He cut me off as i was asking about the layout of the studio saying i have none tonight which was not even what i was asking. I then asked if there was a deposit and sarcastically answered, "most hotels do"... Yes precisely why i was asking but there wad no need to be so rude and then he actually said "i don't know how much it is and didnt ehen attempt to inquire to get new threw correct answer.. Just told me "dont know". Well this doesnt help me a bit and i was looking forward to stung there but after that rude hotel staff and the lack of any kind of answer bc if i booked the room and the deposit was more than what i had in addition tothe cost of the room id be screwed and then it would take another 2 to 10 days to receive a refund of the Cory of the ton to my card and during this pandemic im low on funds and i dont have the extra money laying around to wait for a refund bc of an employees lack of knowledge and laziness and not to mention rude and too incompetent to find out the simple answer to a simple but important question! Will not spend hard earned money here during these trying times when customer service is so low. Will go elsewhere where employees care about good customer service in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Very nice hotel in downtown. Our room was clean and the staff was nice enough. The only reason it isn't a 5 star experience is that they advertise free hot breakfast in the morning and when we got down there they had like, 3 scrambled eggs in their heated tray and didn't bring any more out in the 30 minutes we sat there.(And breakfast was supposed to run for another hour and a half) My muffin was stale, I ate 2 bites and threw the rest away.

I came here on business. The first room I was put in had a mushroom, yes, a MUSHROOM/FUNGUS/MOLD/VEGETATION, whatever you want to call it... Growing by the A/C. The A/C made a horrendous sound as I was falling asleep, then started leaking like mad. Disgusting. I had my suite moved ASAP. The only good thing... The staff are incredibly kind.

Clean room, tasty Continental breakfast, and friendly staff. Parking garage next door is included in the stay. Enjoyed an IPA on tap in the bar. My only complaint is that when I called to check in early, they said they'd have a room in thirty minutes, but I didntd end up getting one until a couple hours later.

Hotel used to be my go to for work trips to Winston until my car was broken into in the parking deck the hotel provides access to. Beware this deck is not secure. The video cameras in the deck are run by the city and most don't actually work . The hotel has no access to the cameras that do work and don't have responsibility for deck security. Additionally many of the deck lights were out at the time further increasing the risk of breakins

Park there at your own risk.

I would recommend the hotel either be more clear about their responsibility with the deck, or take on more responsibility for making sure cameras and lights are functional The signage leads you to believe that at least the portion identified as dedicated to hotel guests would be under the control of Fairfield. It is not.

I need to say thank you to the staff (super wonderful gentleman whom I did not get your name) for helping through my crisis this morning, Feb 25, 2019. I awoke to a sick child (4:20 am) and you provided me with great directions to a 24 hrs Walgreens, allowed me to leave my car for an extended time at the entrance so I could pack my room and load up both sick girl and healthy kid, got me a cup of ice for the ride home (knowing I was about to lose it in the lobby) and wished us a safe trip home. These little gestures may seem small to you but to me, it speaks volumes on your character and I appreciate it so much. FYI, we did make it home safely. She slept the entire trip, preventing her from getting sick along the way. I was able to get her into her mommas arms within 3 hours and just in time to get to the doctor. Thank you again. I hope to see you next year to be able to thank you personally.

Probably the best damn hotel in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Everyone here is extremely friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. The rooms are cleaner than the Board of Health and they are on top of things when it comes to restocking the breakfast bar. To top things off this particular hotel has a restaurant inside and a bar as well! I don't believe a lot of Fairfield Inns can say the same. If you were to come to Winston-Salem North Carolina this is the hotel that you need to stay in!
