I recommend not booking via booking since the amount is more expensive than direct booking from the hotel by 50 per day. There were observations but the staff were responsive and were resolved directly

The hotel is rundown with all the meaning of the word, even the most basic of the three-star hotels, the rooms without boilers or safety box, the carpet and the paster spent time and the air conditioning hot and humid, the corridors dirty, Fascinating

I live in Jeddah and pass by now and again. On Feb 16 I noticed the American flag was hanging upside down outside the hotel. I tried 3 x that day to contact them to no avail. February 17, 3 more times, nothing. February 18 one last time.
7 calls at various times throughout the day. The response was always the same.
May I speak to a manager please?
Why?
I would like to speak to him/ her about the flags.
Replies:
He is busy.
He isn't here.
I will transfer you (hang up).
This is a seriously disrespectful act. At this point it does not matter if it accidental or not. Please spread this news in order that someone somewhere can get it fixed.

I loved Alhamra hotel; really nice place and nice staff in the hotel, once you get there and open the door to balcony they have very nice pool, for a moment you don't feel like you are in the heart of Jeddah city.you feel like chilling.

I loved the entertainment at night and hijazi songs with the oud, amazing atmosphere.

Thanks and keep it up.

Let me start off by saying that I have never and will probably never stay at alhamra hotel on falasteen. This comment is based solely on the fact that I drove past the hotel today and noticed that the American flag was being flown upside-down and when I called to complain because flying a flag upside-down is completely unacceptable no one would put me through to the manager and they just kept me on hold. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

This hotel is very old and disgusting. The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. There was black mold in the bathroom. The bed linens were ripped. The food was terrible! I will never stay here again.

Not my first visit to this hotel but seems to be the last.

Spent 4 nights during Eid Al adha but we experienced many unpleasant issues.. some of which were :
1- the toilet was not clean at all when we first got into the room. Black colored inside like it had never been cleaned before.

2- many small cockroaches around the sink.

3- on the following day the house keeping guy skipped cleaning the floor while we were outside the room + he didn t add the daily water bottles and tea packets. So I had to stay at the room every time while cleaning to ensure that he does everything needs to be done!!

4- the waiters staff at the lobby and on the pool are not welcoming and not friendly at all.

I do not recommend the air-conditioning semi-Khirbana in some rooms and also unclean and floor mattresses are so dirty the blind shredded and there is no door to the wardrobe. Especially the reception staff, many of whom are not interested in their work and are not friendly and Kani Jay live on his account .. It was a good time, but now is very bad. Attached pictures to illustrate
