Very beautiful, Al-Fursan Hall for celebrations at the hotel, and its price is very appropriate, within reasonable limits.

I followed a training course in one of the quiet rooms of the hotel, with excellent services

The place is clean and nice but needs to ventilate the places because see the wind brush washed without drying

The bathrooms literally floods. They have no drainage system. Not to mention the unbearable smell.

Small room and bad smell: it's the first time in my life that I stay in hotel where room is wet and humide!

Sitting on the swimming pool and its owner with the sound of the waterfall, the service is very good, the cleanliness is excellent, the smell is fragrant, the atmosphere is pleasant.

The hotel is very nice and psychologically comfortable lobby but the rooms need more renovation and attention. I expect it to be better

Old smelly furniture

An old hotel .. It was renovated by Pullman, but it is still bad .. and it has a lot to rise again

Nice hotel, I did not shut it up but I sit in the lobby and in the sessions around the pool, excellent service, and a nice place to relax

I'm reviewing the cafe over there next to the pool, I had a Cappuccino and chocolate dessert and I smoked double apples Shisha,, the Cappuccino and the Shisha were good but the dessert wasn't really good,, the atmosphere was calm and quiet

The hotel is good but its price is very expensive compared to the new hotels with greetings and cornice

It's good for the events like Marriage Party with nice food

Why don't you allow check in on 16th March evening? And asked everyone staying in there to check out and leave the property.
I travelled all the way from Yanbu to stay from 16th to 17th March .

First of all the person who was at front desk his behavior was awful, then he gave me the room key and it was not working i had to go back down again and ask him to chek the issue, still he didn't apologize nor he said anything just gave me anothet key, he did bot tell me about any facility available at the hotel except about the breakfast which was included, the telephone in the room is not working, the cleanliness ofnl the room was just average as i found some empty shoping bags in the room when i checked in, seems to be issue with air conditioning as its been 3 hours since i inserted my card bt still temp has droped from 27 to 23, over all i won't recommend this to anyone and its my first and last time in this hotel.

The Al Hamra Hotel is a good Ramadan and the food is good above average

The staff have good morals in good handling

And swimming pool
The restaurant has a tidy buffet
The lobby is lovely and psychologically comfortable

I have stayed a lot of hotels in the world, but I strongly dont recommend this old hotel and I will never stay hotel managed by pullman hotels.
room key doesnt work today and yesterday and I needed to go and ask reception many times to repair the key.
Just waste your time.

At First, I hesitated to book this hotel. I read a lot of bad comments about it and I personally visited this place a year ago, its like a large smoking area.luckily, I did a good decision in booking Al Hamra Hotel, even with uncertainties.But I was amazed on it's transformation. It smells fresh, nice accommodating staffs, great complementary arabic coffee and dates,clean room with awesome view of the pool,great breakfast, best gym, good amenities and a very good ambiance of the lobby decorated with fresh flowers. A really nice place to stay during weekends to unwind after a busy week of work. Kudos to the management of Al Hamra Hotel for bringing back the old good days of Al Hamra Sofitel.

The hotel is very bad and only 2 stars are used for staff abuse, poor service and very expensive prices

Good but can be better, rooms aren t tidy, bathrooms not maintained enough, staff need basic hospitality training and how hotels should work
The place is nice and has a great potential to be placed within the top hotels in Jeddah
