Was invited to a wedding there, service was bad the venue was too small and crowded. Food was good.

Old hotel,old amenities and the device standard is quit poor.

Old and noisy rooms. Beds are poor, too soft causing backache, after a shower water puddles in the bathroom

The location of the hotel is excellent in the middle of the city and provides all the services around it .. The level of cleanliness is excellent and the breakfast meal is excellent .. and treated very sophisticated staff, specifically Mr. Ahmed Salehi .. All thanks and appreciation and respect

Very good place and peaceful place to stay with family.

Average hotel. Dull interior and ambiance. Old hotel building. Crowded area.

Over All stay is good. Complete set inside your room. The only thing is, window in my room lock was broken so it cannot be locked.
Light is very dim (no white light in the bed area)

Also the meeting room that they gave us is ok. But the strange noises on the ceiling of the meeting room (Ball area).
Bathroom is no that good (some are broken not properly maintained.)
Coffee break good. But the tea and coffee was limited choices.

Staff answering my calls does not know english very well. Tried to call many time but shes redirecting my call to other number (Not the sales team or the event team).
