Our experience is bad. We have several projects running parallel to each other, and for which we have deployed multiple developers. This is not only with Iflair, but with different companies. The work delivered by Iflair is below all standards. Every ticket contains bugs, and so we have been working for more than half a year to get a piece of logic in a new webshop (and while the same logic is also made in a comparable shop within one month by another company!) They feel totally not responsible for their own mistakes. (And if that had been a few, but it's just out of proportion.) So-called dedicated resources also seem to work on other projects. At the moment it has been scrutinized to such an extent that we have put a complete stop at work and have also held Iflair legally responsible for the big fiasco they cause from their organization. We also set a clear deadline for them. They are all nice talks, with a nice management team above it, but colleague companies work much faster and more efficiently! Please be warned. Do not do business with them, because they bill excessively hours.

We started a project with iFlair for more than 3 years ago and despite that they promissed to finish the website within 7 weeks, it is still not finished. The CEO Jinal Shah does almost never respond on our e-mails. When we ask for a refund of the money that we paid in advance, we never get a response.
After calling iFlair again and again, mr. Shah promised to keep us updated about the project but every time again he's lying to us. Instead of 7 weeks, we are now waiting for more than 3 years!
Because of the way iFlair is handling with their customers, we decided to start new projects with another web development company in India.

We have been working with iFlair for almost a year now, on two different projects. Both projects are for the same WooCommerce webshop (Wordpress) and consisted of multiple facets. iFlair has done a great job on speed improvement, functionality and layout.
The projects are carried out in a professional manner and the communication is outstanding. We have been working with multiple partners in the past, but in the IT business communication always seems to be an issue. With iFlair you don t have to worry about this, their communication is excellent. They want to make sure they understand you correctly and keep you updated very well.
One minor downside is the delay and unpredictability of some project facets. It sometimes takes quite a bit more effort than anticipated. But this is not necessarily their fault, but more the nature of our site s coding (as manually done by previous coders). So although this can be a bit unpleasant, it is not their fault and they definitely try to clear things up and keep us updated well. They are really thinking with us on this, trying to get the best result within the budget.
We can conclude with a recommendation. If you are looking for a company with knowledge and want them to communicate well with you, choose iFlair. You ll get your own project team so you are always in contact with people working on the project itself.
We were looking for a good web designer in Germany for a long time. Which we couldn't find. And those we spoke to expected enormous amounts. So we started to look outside Germany and found iFlair.

Terrible experience! be warned! We were convinced with nice words by Iflair, with sales, everything cheaper. Our experience is very clear, much less turnover, because of mistakes caused by Iflair massive sales losses if adjustments are made, they do not control if they adjust something online, normally you have to adjust on an internal server to run and test before you put this online. Marketing, normally we pay around 4000 adwords, now suddenly 11000 ??? In 2 months time more than 11500 more adwords costs. Less turnover than with 4000 adwords costs with previous marketing, jesus, realy crazy. They simply increase costs without having to check on analytics or these costs also have enough sales. Not normal that you make 3 double adwords costs with less turnover? they do not have the experience at all Turnover losses due to Iflair errors, 12,000 due to programming errors that nothing worked or terrible errors were made. We also blocked access to Adwords, and suddenly they continued to charge us for adwords, they had not yet agreed that they had no access, I wonder if they did work, as they continue to charge costs, and if we Looking at history adwords we saw no changes made by Iflair, but still costs charged, we are precisely scammed of costs that no work was done. I can only communicate, very bad experiences, and we have to pay all costs and turnover losses. It is cheap but very stressful and difficult due to their work. Certainly no professional Website builder, no experienced or no graduate who carry out the work.
Dear future customers of Ifair, a reaction to Iflair reaction. Normal adwords costs per month with previous marketing = 4000 per month, with Iflair times 3 to = 11.000 costs adwords that month, really creazy so many sudden adwords cost more ??, but with much less sales, realy much less sales, very bad marketing at Iflair. Everything that adapted Iflair gave so many problems, making the website ofline several times, and had no more sales, this was 5 times that Iflair caused that, every customer who doubted our review may mail us to Bestsale.be, we will the proofs that we have printscreens of Iflair adjustments that it's just terrible, they just destroy your company with the mistakes they make. Now we have already paid 3600 euros to Iflair, and we have nothing, but also nothing for that money, more sales losses due to their mistakes, and then you hear nothing of them and they only ask again money to solve the problems that they have caused, really crazy, and there you stand there as a customer, you are actually attracted with nice words and cheaper, but actually you lose a lot of money, and that is their Business Model, taking money from customers without doing work . Just look at all the reviews with low scores, all the same story of my experience, this says enough. Only this 5 star is exactly from employees who write these reviews, who are actually not customers with experiences. Now we notice that they make adjustments again and try to cause us damage because we have written a review. We are adjusting all passwords and doing a check to stop this.

I have worked with iFlair for the last for the last 4 years. They have created a complicated website for me designed for teaching online and they are always available when I need updates or upgrades. I recommend them highly.
I hired this Web Develop Firm from India because I had some issues with my web caculator. Furthermore, I needed more intergration. I thouht they were cheaper than other UK Web Developer Firms. At begining the Sales Manager estimated that to complete my website it would cost maximum 800 Euro 80 hours develop time. I ended to pay 3000 Euro 300 hours develope time and did not get a new caculator. Furthermore, my website was not completed. When I asked them to fix and to include a new caculator they asked me to pay another 1450 Euro but without fixing other errors and bugs from the website. We are believed to be ripped off and mislead by IFlair. I refused to continues to work with them. Currently, I am working with another India Web Firm and they are working very good and it will complete my website soon as well fix all bugs. We agreed working only on a fix price with the other Web Developer Firm. I would not reccommend anyone to work with Iflair on a houly basis. Regards, Rafael

We had several projects running with them. At first everything seems fine but as time flies by, many hours are (over)consumed and work is delivered incomplete or even not delivered at all.
Agreements are not honoured and they are very incapable in meeting deadlines. I strongly believe they will always say 'yes' to new work even if they do not possess the capabilities to successfully execute the given tasks. This makes it extremely difficult and time-consuming to work with iFlair. Besides the costs for the hours consumed by iFlair it will also significantly consume your own valuable time.

I can only assume that the previous comments are either fake or for really simple static webpage. If I could give zero stars, I will. I give them complete design in sketch for an existing app. I give them access to the app, so then can play around with it. I offered time to explain how it works. They say fine. It is in an app with 10 screens (including my account, log in, T&C...). They created a new link out of nowhere and created all the design as static pages (with the fake content). I am just wondering if I was working with idiots or scammers at this point...
