It was a nice hotel and I was staying there constantly but some reception staff treated them badly

Very bad... I won't suggest this hotel for anyone specialy their restaurants

The hotel is very bad. I booked two rooms that are very narrow. I would not recommend it at all. On the second day before Morocco, a Jordanian, Madri Suri, said: "Evacuation or evacuation." A comfortable and wonderful place to spend beautiful times

It was a nice Ramadan breakfast. But the hall was so crowded because the hotel is selling more seats than what should be

The food is delicious and the desserts are good but the soups are very bad just the water has the smell of the drink

The bed is uncomfortable . The pillows are bad I woke up in the morning and my neck hurts.

Staff was exceptionally friendly! Best and most comprehensive breakfast buffet ever, we sat down for nearly two hours at leisure. This hotel practically pampers guests, from a fully stocked mini fridge bar to regular preferred room service. Heck, I could leave my mobile phone at home and there was a fully serviced landline at my disposal.These guys rock!

Its location is excellent hospitality and reception is good
But there is no privacy for the many courses held in the hotel for government and private companies

Sooo bad service, it took me 5 times to get someone from maintenance to fix the air conditioner, and didn t come yet

This dilapidated hotel needs sincere attention from the owner of Al Hokair Group and the complete and urgent restoration for its special location especially the air conditioning as well as the renovation of the carpet and the most important of which is the speed of response by the cleaning workers or the room services, safety needs to be completely changed to the current administration which has been running for the past 4 years The lowest rating and all the services of the hotel in the decline and God is a martyr

Located on the famous Palestine Street in Jeddah, this hotel is a lively and renewed place and there are many services such as concerts and car rental

Highly recommended. The staff are very helpful. The place is very clean, the rooms comfortable. I enjoyed my stay while in Jeddah.

Until Sofitel it was bad. Now it become worst. It's old too. By the way new Sofitel in at corniche.

I went for coffee only in the morning .. It was distinctive in the cappuccino .. and the English cake .. I do not know about the quality of their housing ..

Rooms are really old. It has to be refurbished soon.

One of the worst stay I had ever. Very poor for a four star hotel. Stayed 3 nights. There was no hot water in the washroom. Complained 3 fays qith no response from the management. Ordered food waited for an hour. When called to check back they told there were no order in first place. Worst experience. If given with an option I will give a zero rating.
