Staff was exceptionally friendly! Best and most comprehensive breakfast buffet ever, we sat down for nearly two hours at leisure. This hotel practically pampers guests, from a fully stocked mini fridge bar to regular preferred room service. Heck, I could leave my mobile phone at home and there was a fully serviced landline at my disposal.These guys rock!

One of the worst stay I had ever. Very poor for a four star hotel. Stayed 3 nights. There was no hot water in the washroom. Complained 3 fays qith no response from the management. Ordered food waited for an hour. When called to check back they told there were no order in first place. Worst experience. If given with an option I will give a zero rating.
