Ordered my first delivery, they sent it out after it had been rearranged for the following day. Driver still turned up, depot hadn't told him so he rang me whilst at work. Next day, I check three times all is well with the delivery as I desperately needed foundation for an even the day after delivery. Three times I was told all was well, by admittedly helpful customer service agents. Half an hour after the final check they told me nope, not OK it won't be out. They won't reschedule it and it's been cancelled they'll refund me, usually refund wait time. Fuming doesn't cut it, after being told all day they'll get to me, now they suddenly can't. And I have to replace the order they won't just reschedule again.
