Yesterday I visited home town to buy product but the executive was not able to describe about that product item. Then the executive called his colleague named Tejpal. Tejpal described all the detail about item and then I was satisfied with hometown experience. Thanks hometown for having such wonderful staff like Tejpal and also new person need some improvement to handle customers.

Good store and nice staff too but the manager at the store is unfortunately rude and eccentric...they say leadership reflects the attitude of the brand but not true for this brand.

Pretty neat store with good decorations and competitively priced furniture, Ms. Adriya Das in the interior design section was very helpful.

Akif really helped in the execution and was really helpful to deliver everything on time. Adria and team helped a lot indesign and the onstallation team.did a neat job.
There were issues in items delivery which is the only con for the entire service.....really happy with the final product.

Visited this store while searching for cabinet for my child. The store is at ground floor which is amazing. The area is not that big it may be around 5-6 shops combined. They have ample collection for everything except furniture as I saw. The items were of good quality and branded. The have huge staff members to help you with your queries. I could not find the cabinet as per my needs however bought some other household items instead. Good for latest trends and collections. Must visit during discount festivals and clearance sale. Very poor quality of furniture also the services after sale is very bad. They don t ont even bother to update the customer about the status of complaint. All false promises. No replacement policy is there. Within 3-4 months all furniture will br bad condition.

Worst ever experience with Hometown.
We bought a king size bed and side tables from Hometown. The bed was actually broken from the head portion and they took back the piece as it could not be assembled.
However it is almost a month ago that they collected the defective product they have not been able to refund me the amount.
On continuing efforts for the refund the plea taken by them is that there was a small error in the processing and it will take another two days.
Now even after few more days I am yet to receive the refund.
