Worst ever experience with Hometown.

Worst ever experience with Hometown.
We bought a king size bed and side tables from Hometown. The bed was actually broken from the head portion and they took back the piece as it could not be assembled.
However it is almost a month ago that they collected the defective product they have not been able to refund me the amount.
On continuing efforts for the refund the plea taken by them is that there was a small error in the processing and it will take another two days.
Now even after few more days I am yet to receive the refund.
