Assistance, to say the least ridiculous ..... the damper broke after having called repeatedly and after insisting that they finally come to fix it and verify the fault, a further via crucis began between: "wait for the spare part ... my colleague did not understand .. ,, let's go back to see..etc etc etc "It's been a long time and today I still have the broken shutter and they don't answer the phone anymore

I installed a faac gate automation system in 2012, E124 card, 2 S800h motors with ENCS 700 63000125 magnetic encoder. Until today 19 July 2020 starting from 2014, I have replaced the encoder to one of the motors 3 times. August 2018 to January 2019 because the encoder was no longer there, I had to open the gate manually.I had been proposed to modify the motor with an encoder kit, but at my expense .. but I refused since the motor including the original encoder was only 4 years old .. and the parts must be there otherwise it must be done by Faac to solve the problem ... Last damage .. who designed the E124 card did not provide protection on the Bus.easy J3 input (maybe with a fuse), so much so that if there is a short on the photocells or on the encoder the board itself burns out, which happened to me. I replaced the card which costs a bang of euros but. Next problem and discomfort .. I remove everything and I entrust myself to another company in the sector.
