food is often spoiled and past its sell by date. most food is lacking flavor and expensive. co-worker found maggot larve cooked into the chicken that was in his salad.
I made 4 attempts to set up an appointment to have coffee (k-cups) and water delivered to our office. the first 2 times, I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. The 3rd phone call, I was told that they had recently had problems with their phone and voicemail system so it was possible that nobody actually got the message. I was speaking to Robin at this point. She set up an appointment to meet me at my office in Peterborough on a Thursday. Thursday rolls around, and I come into work to find that a delivery driver had dropped off a packet with pricing prior to our office opening with a sticky note that says Robin will be in touch. I then made a phone call and was transferred to another manager. This person told me that Robin would not be able to meet me due to a family emergency. So if I had not called after receiving the packet, I would have been left waiting for a meeting that was scheduled without being contacted to reschedule.
I have never dealt with a company that is SO UNORGANIZED!!! It is very clear that they have no desire to grow their business and take on new customers.
This is a loss for them. We provide an office setting that prides themselves on providing for their employees and are not afraid to spend money to have a variety of items available to our employees when requested. Whether that be office snacks like chips and cookies, coffee, soda, energy drinks and water, we keep it stocked at all times.
I am sure there is a company that would love our business and money...but it is not Fitchburg Creamery/E&G Vending or Monadnock Vending.
While I was a driver with fedex ground on my daily route, I witnessed multiple occasion's of the delivery truck running stop signs, speeding to beat red lights, brake checking, bad following distance, talking on a cell phone and looking through paperwork while driving. I tried to let the driver know respectfully to obey d.o.t. laws but was confronted with vulgar language and a few less then desirable hand gestures. Completely unprofessional and a bad representation of the company
Every time i buy a salad or a wrap you have to throw away most of the lettuce because its always gross. and the wraps are soggy on the ends. guess i just shouldn't buy out of the machines.
