This was my first time looking for and financing a newer vehicle on my own (with my sister in law for support, lol). Everyone was very patient, honest, and helpful and now I feel so much more confident for future purchases. I learned a lot! Jackie was my saleslady and she was so sweet and I never felt any pressure from anyone. The manager was very helpful and honest as well! Overall great experience for my first time and I suspect I'll be seeing them again in the future. Thanks, everyone!!!

Gave 2 stars because my oil change was covered as a 1st time service, so I didn't have to pay. Although it was a hassle because for some reason it seemed that the advisor did not believe I purchased my car at Ford of ocala. I don't understand how they do not have access to view my purchase was from that location. My car was returned with smudges all over the doors and hood. I'd perfer to do business with a place that does not question me and respects my property.

Excellent sales experience! Bridget is extremely helpful and a friendly sales woman who can get the job done. No wonder why she is the "Mustang Queen". Good facility, friendly staff and an attitude of customer first makes Ocala Ford my choice for my next purchase. You will not be disappointed buying from here. I love my 2014 FORD Mustang. If anyone chooses to go here for a purchase, PLEASE ask for Bridget!! She will get the job done with the utmost professionalism.

Be aware of Blane Greer the General Sales Manager when you going to Ford of Ocala. All of there vehicles are used because he takes them home for personal use with a dealer tag. Sent a complaint to Steve Hollosi and he just covered for him....... So pretty much they drive our trade-ins and there new vehicles around for personal use, must be nice... Keep up the good work Ford of Ocala Management!!!

My experience with the sales representatives (Dennis Bales) and a sales manager (Rich) was the best new purchase of a car I have ever experienced. I would recommend Lincoln Ford of Ocala if you need a new Lincoln. They actually searched and found the exact Lincoln with the exact options we wanted. Thanks to all the folks that made our experience a very good one.

Dave and the entire Ford of Ocala team were great in helping us find our perfect F150. We looked at 2015 and 2016, then ended up ordering a 2016 exactly as we wanted. Everyone was most helpful and delivery was fast! From start to finish the process here was the best we have ever had.

Had a great experience with Erika purchasing a new vehicle. She was patient, helpful and not pushy (I hate pushy sales people). She was very respectful and attentive to our needs. Also had a great experience with the Sales manager Pat who really worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted for a great price. The process was very smooth and everything turned out great. I went in to just look around just to see what Ford and Lincoln had as far as used vehicles and they had such a good deal on the vehicles instead of just looking I decided to see if i could get financed on one they had on the lot... im young and have a credit score that reflects that, but even with my young credit they were able to get me approved, i was so happy and surprised to find out i didnt need a co-signer! I had never owned a newer vehicle and I absolutely love it! The salesman were all very kind, they kept offering me snacks and multiple asked how i was doing and no one was pushy, it was an absolute stress free experience!

I purchased a 2020 Ford Edge from Ford of Ocala and Mike T my salesman was amazing. Along with him sales managers Pat and Rich were awesome as well. I d buy another car from them in a heartbeat. I think the best part was the fact that they were super helpful, very informative, explained everything including every number to me and really went the extra mile. Their finance department is top notch as well!! Want a new ride go see Mr. T!!

The sales staff at Ford Lincoln of Ocala are great overall. From the time we walked in it was nothing but positive attitudes! The whole sales team, including managers, made sure all of my needs were met! I left with the truck of my dreams!

I brought my Ford E-350 to 3 different Ford dealer...

I brought my Ford E-350 to 3 different Ford dealerships to get 2 doors with broken latch cables fixed (under warranty). One dealer said they wanted $150 to diagnose the problem; I said I already know what the problem is, so no thanks. One dealer said the repairs were not covered under warranty, so no thanks. One dealer said yes it is covered under my warranty but parts would have to be ordered and they had no idea if they were available, so no thanks. I then brought it to Ford of Ocala. The service writer, Dennis Moore, knew exactly what the problem was when I explained it to him; he checked my extended vehicle warranty and got authorization for the repairs, he walked me over to the parts department who verified all parts were available; Dennis scheduled me in for the following week and the repairs were completed. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

Great dealership they help get you the car or truck you want not what you can afford. You can ride in style in your dream car. I definitely recommend Ford of Ocala they are very patient and considerate.

I purchased a pre-owned car from Village Ford and Dennis Hale ...he was outstanding. ..as was the car! What is not outstanding is getter two or three letters a day from Ford pestering me to renew the extended warranty and even when told to stop still continue. I then get a letter from Ford Credit when I did not apply for Credit...and informed them accordingly. Poor administration and bad organization can in the end divert a customer from the product .Ford needs to get their act together!

I want to share what a wonderful, caring person John Geremia (Service Advisor) is to a widow of 3 years that did not know much about what she needed for her car to stay on the road. John Geremia made sure every time I got service to check all my major items and kept me informed as to what I needed to have done soon. He has always made sure that my car was safe for me to drive. I went in Monday for the AutoButler service and The Works. Since I am a Ocala Ford Rewards member, the Oil change was No Charge this time. The AutoButler service was purchased with the car. Every six months, they clean/detail the car and apply a fresh protective coat to it. It has been wonderful. I am very satisfied with the Service, Waiting lounge and personnel at this dealership.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape Limited. The saleswoman, Shauna, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as making it a pleasant experience.

The car is lovely and has been a joy to drive, with no problems of any kind. When I had to return for an extra key, the service department was great. They even washed my car before bringing it out! They'll have my return business for sure.

Came here expecting to have to argue with a salesm...

Came here expecting to have to argue with a salesman to get what I came here to get. Was actually pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went with the salesman I got. Came looking to see what I could be approved for, ended up driving away in a brand new vehicle with only 60 miles on it! I had a 500ish credit score, no money down, no trade in, and no co-signer...and I still got a car that fits my needs with a budget I can afford! The salesman I dealt with had me in and out in just under a couple hours, I never actually felt rushed to do anything, and as a bonus I got Free Pizza... which was mistake on there part, never tell a fat man he can have all the free pizza he wants ^_^ I recommend to all 5 stars easily!

Although very hospitable when purchasing a car trying to get things done after my accident has been a nightmare. Since February I have been trying to get things done so that Gap advantage, A Gap company Ford put me with when purchasing my vehicle, can finish totaling out my car. I have not only come to Ford to speak with someone but also have been calling and emailing Julian Cortes about how to cancel a policy since March 14th with no help. I have been given the run around about paperwork I need to complete and people I need to call since. On April 10th I was told there is no way to cancel the policy because it was expired due to mileage and I was not given the only piece of documentation I needed Until April 18th. I understand there is a lot going on with the world but I am very unhappy with the way Ford has handled my family throughout this whole experience. Ford only cares when your spending money once they quickly get you into a car they no longer treat you the same when it comes to things that actually matter.

Friendly staff, Shauna the sales agent was truthful on what they had that fit my price range. I was able to check who the previous owner was and how well the car was taken care of. Powder-puff 2011 Fusion with 21,000 miles. I checked different dealers found they were going out of there way to find what would work best for us with best price out the door. I recommend anyone looking for a good used or new car to at least check with this dealer first before they buy.

Ford Lincoln of Ocala is a great dealership. I got a very good price on my slightly used new MKZ. I love the car and the whole process was painless... The only drawback is that the car, with only 8700 miles on it, had no owners manual... Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. Ford Lincoln of Ocala is a great place to buy a vehicle and Sam Stoltz is a star salesman. Excellent experience.

Great experience here from start to finish! Negotiations were great, they were open to getting the deal done. I want to give a special thank you to Breanne. She communicated effectively throughout the entire process. She was very pleasant to work with, and greeted us with an inviting smile. You can tell she loves what she does and want to be the best at it. John in finance and Rich the manager were detailed and transparent. Normally I hate dealing with dealerships, but this experience was one of the best yet. Would highly recommend! Ask for Breanne, she's AMAZING!

Purchased a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid in Oct. of 2018. Today (Nov 2019) the brake system decided to go out (a known issue with FEH) while we were driving on a curvy road while my two kids were in the car. Luckily we are fine but the outcome could have been drastically different. I've only put 10k miles on the car and now Ford of Ocala is saying even though it's a know issue they will not do anything about it. We spoke with Donna who was understanding but still gave us no solution. She forwarded the issue to the sales manager and we are waiting on his call.They basically stole 7 grand from our family. We'll be pursuing this legally until the issue gets resolved.
