I ve worked with Ezytrac as a landlord for a number of years now and they have always been helpful and friendly. Being totally honest - at one time I felt a bit let down on a maintenance issue, but Philippa immediately stepped in and took control.
Problems with utilities?- Jay fixes those, and other help is at hand from Helen and Melanie.
I ve just finished another purchase where the lawyers were less than helpful let s say, causing delays, but I ve had unfailing support from Sharon (who managed the relationship with the developer to avoid extra charges) and also from Caroline and Philippa.
Caroline is now working in another purchase for me.
