I had been struggling with a worn out faux leather peeling, broken down sofa in my apartment for the last few months. We were in the middle of lockdown 1.0 of the pandemic and it was almost impossible to get any furniture deliveries. Enter the absolute legend Rob! He was so prompt and efficient at responding to my queries and went through all possible avenues to get a replacement sofa sorted out for me! Although he was working with a reduced team, he went all out to ensure he found the perfect replacement sofa.
