I bought an Extang Trifecta cover in 2008. Had it replaced in 2012 due to some issues, no problem. Replacement cover has been on my truck since. Just recently 2 of the hinges broke. I figured I was SOL. Emailed the customer service with pics and all required info. They responded within 2 hours saying they would send replacement hinges, under warranty! Now this is a company that DOES stand behind their product and the customer service was above and beyond. Extremely hard to find these days. Thanks Jake and Extang for the service and excellent products!
