As long as they can sell something to you, they are very nice. I bought a laptop, the box was already open at purchase (the laptop I had ordered through their site). This was done to check if everything was in it he said. You should do this where the customer is.
The laptop is one big drama ... is constantly stuck and mega slow. There has been something wrong with it. They do nothing with it !!!!! Nothing. No, they are no longer so customer friendly.
