Exovations demolished an old deck, built a new deck, and built a screen porch over the deck. They built everything for the quoted price, built on-time, and did quality work. It is very solid, substantial construction. We are very happy with the outcome and gladly recommend Exovations.

Couldn t be more pleased with the job they did. Had complete exterior facelift. Was given a schedule of what would be done on what days in advance and my project manager, Wes, also called me the day before a new part of the job was to begin. Materials and workmanship were all first rate. Job cleanup was daily. All I had to do was watch the transformation. I heartily recommend these folks.

After an exhaustive research process I choose Exovations to replace my cedar siding with hardiplank, paint my house, and attach gutters for proper water flow. Wes Peavy and the Exovations team did a great job on my screened in porch in the back yard. They rebuilt my patio area completely into a new covered and screened in porch with a great looking composite deck. This was after a previous contractor had screwed up the job and left us high and dry. Exovations helped us get all the permitting done during COVID, and was safe and professional throughout the entire project. We are extremely happy with how our screened in porch turned out, and we would recommend Exovations to anybody looking to do a porch addition to their house as well.

We recently used Exovations for a major project we had under consideration for a while. This was our second time using Exovations, and we couldn t be happier with the results again! This latest project was construction/addition of a new roof over a portion of our uncovered patio; installation of a new patio surface (flagstone); and replacement of all exterior windows. Throughout the project, Wes Peavy (our Exovations project manager), was very responsive and always available for any questions or issues that arose. The Exovations team and sub-contractors were all very professional, consistently on-time, and worked exceedingly hard and with the highest attention to quality. We ve used twice now for a screened porch with flagstone patio and twice they ve done and outstanding job. Quality and craftsmanship is above par. Yes, they have a premium price in the marketing and yes it is worth it. I ll use them without a doubt for a third screen porch would we move again. The screened porch is our favorite room in house. They use the best products when building. Always cleaned up the site. We had some Covid related delays but worked through them. Very good customer service. They are a no regrets choice!

We have utilized Exovations in the past to replace our siding. We really appreciated that work and decided to use Exovations to replace our double doors to the deck. We are very happy with the final product. Dennis made the process incredibly easy and mitigated any concerns we had. We was always very professional and was very gregarious.

We had heard Exovations on the radio for years so called them when it was time to give our 45yr old house a facelift. We could not be happier. Our salesman, Byron, was very professional and not "hard selling" us. He listened to what we wanted and helped us get the most with our budget. We had almost all of our windows replaced and we replaced all the cedar siding with HardiPlank. We are very happy with the end result. The siding installers were excellent craftsmen. The painters left something to be desired and sometimes our project manager was slow or quiet on communication. But overall the house turned out great.

Our two exterior renovation projects began on December 6th, followed immediately by months of rain. Regardless of the challenges presented by the rain, Project Manager Andy Burton kept the project moving forward. All of the people who worked on our projects were experts in their particular work, and all of our work was completed in an excellent and professional manner. We had such a great experience with Exovations! We had our siding replaced, painted and new gutters installed. It was such a seamless process with a great project manager, Andy to ensure the work was done in a timely, efficient manner. They did such an amazing job! We continue to get compliments on how great everything looks.

We hired Exovations to do extensive work on the outside of our house. They repaired wood rot, and damage from water due do previous undersized gutters, replaced the gutters, replaced our shutters, repaired stone work, added additional stone work, replaced all exterior doors, upgraded front door and replaced a window. The final touch was painting the outside of our house (including the garage doors). Considering this long list of things to do I was amazed at how well everything was done. Troy, our project manager, did an outstanding job of organizing the project so that it started right on time and took exactly as long as they promised, and cost exactly what they originally quoted for us. Troy was also easy to get in touch with, and very responsive if we had any questions.

I'm a tenant at a rental house where Exovations was contracted to replace the windows. Chris and his team replaced and finished everything very quickly and mounted a TV for us to boot! Wonderful job. Great service and quality.

A beautiful job! We just had our siding replaced with Hardie Plank Siding. When I requested an appointment from the website they were quick to respond and set an appointment. Marcus Sherwood was my sales consultant who arrived and really tried to work with our budget and offer suggestions on the best way to get what we wanted done with the amount of money we budgeted. Exovations did an excellent job replacing a rotten wood front door, sidelights, and transom light with an all fiberglass installation. The job was well planned and completed in one day with strict adherence to COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Chris Campbell, the overall project manager, Hector, who oversaw the siding project and Miguel, who was responsible for the pain crew, were all outstanding workers. They communicated well with me and ensured I understood the process. The team of men and women that completed the project were very polite and respectful.

Christ went above, and beyond the call, to make sure my experience with his company was above satisfactory. He knew I didn't have a full understating for everything, as this was my first time undertaking such a big project. Chris, however, served both as a mentor to me as well as his team.

If you want a reliable company to do high quality work in a timely manner at a fair price, Exovations is for you.
We wrote up a contract for a rear deck rebuild and a front deck resurface, and I requested a couple of small add ins (a front hand rail for the desk, and all front trim painted white to meet HOA requirements). They were added into the contract, but in a later revision were omitted.

The craftsmanship that went into the decks was superb. At our final walk through, I noted that the add-ins had not been completed. When Andy and I reviewed the contract, we noticed that the additional items were missing, but he went above and beyond to ensure that the handrail and trim paint were completed with the same quality of workmanship as the deck work.

I would highly recommend you include them in bids for work you may need done. It will be well worth the time.

It was a great experience working with Joseph at Exovations during the remodel of the exterior of our house. After initially planning on the addition of a front pergola and steps and going from single door with side lights to double doors, we added new roof, gutters, shutters and painting the entire house. Many days we were ahead of schedule and wound up just a few days past due to iron railings. I just love the recessed can light with dimmer and new side lights. I highly recommend the service and professionalism of the workers and admins of this company!

We called Exovations in early November for a chimney siding job and had a pleasant experience with Chris in sales. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the quote given seemed fair. The follow up visit with the project manager Ken was quick - he spent about 5 minutes with us and said scaffolding would be needed and the quote would need to be changed. He said we would be hearing from him with a new quote and then sat outside of our home for almost an hour. A month and a half has gone by and we didn't hear anything from Ken. I even filled out a survey asking for a manager to contact me and nothing. A few weeks later I decided to call Chris - he was able to pull up the quote right away! So the quote was done. The price went up $1600 for ONE DAY of scaffolding. The fact that is was needed in the first place was questionable. Chris didn't catch it and we've had plenty of roofers use ladders with no problem. Secondly, the 25% increase in price is ridiculous. And on top of that, having to contact them multiple times and them being completely unresponsive. Don't bother doing the survey, they don't read it or don't care. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

We had a great experience using Exovations for replacing windows, doors and replacing and painting Hardi-Plank siding. Wes Peavy, the team leader, kept us informed about the schedule and let us know in advance every day and time the crew would be working.The few questions we had were addressed immediately. The crews were professional and courteous and very skilled. We didn't have one single problem. They were fantastic!

I cannot comment about the quality of Exovations' work but their business integrity is one star or lower. Exovations did an outdoor paint job at my neighbors house using paint sprayers. My car which was parked across the street ended up with a fine mist of paint on the side and top of the car which was confirmed by Classic Collisions. I took the car to Hennessy Lexus who agreed that it was paint and did a deep sand detail of the car. Fortunately that was all that was needed. The detail cost $250. Rather than file an insurance claim, I chose to call Exovations and ask that they pay part of the cost. I told the owner that I would bear some of the responsibility of the damage because I did park my car at the street even though the painters never informed me they were spray painting that day. The owner of Exovation was rude, accepted no blame or responsibility and hung up on me. I was polite on the phone, never cussing or raising my voice.. I live in a fairly large neighborhood and I hope that no one uses this company. A company that does not own up to their mistakes won't ever be successful. I hope potential customers will read this review before selecting Exovations.

We had a picture window and 2 large quarter round windows replaced by EXOVATIONS. Dennis and his team (Will and Brian) were very professional and completed the job skillfully and efficiently. Dennis was also very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Rarely do I find a company that shows up when they say they are going to and completes the job with quality materials for the agreed-upon price. We love our new windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We just completed our fourth major project with Exovations, and they once again reminded us why we are repeat customers! We are beyond pleased with our exterior facelift. Terry Brooks and his team made my painting and roofing job painless. All cost for the job given upfront and completed on time. I would use Exovations again for my home improvement updates and recommend them to my friends!

Job started on schedule but the provided project manager made decisions without consulting us, painters were very messy including dumping paint under my deck and in some holes where I had removed some bushes. Sloppy lines for edges, over spray, and drips. Project manager liked to use the phrase "Why bother, no one will see that!" Initial install of siding had several issues such as cracked ends, split layers, I had to point out to them when they were clearly visible. Did something to my electrical system, cause the circuit breaker to trip for oven and basement outlets and lights. Will have my own electrician come evaluate the lines to see if nail from siding through wires. I had to go through the regional manager in order to get correction. Regional manger sounded good on the phone, but in his final walk through he told me he walked the property, yet he remained in his truck after my wife left and then left 5 minutes after her. I do not recommend this company!

I recently purchased a brick home built in 1955 which still had the original wooden windows. While I loved the look, I did not love how drafty single-pane windows could be. I reached out to Chris Campbell at EXOVATIONS about my options. He was prompt, professional, and honest. He could have tried a hard sell on having to replace the full window but instead, recommended a sash kit replacement option that was well within my budget. Working with him and the sales team, I was able to pick the window look and features I wanted without feeling the pressure to do more, bigger, shinier, etc. On the day of installation, the team was on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. There was a small hiccup as the distributor sent one window in the wrong size but the installation team worked with Chris, the project manager, to find an almost instantaneous solution and kept me updated throughout the entire process. In one day they replaces all 15 of my windows, including a large picture window, with new, double-panes, double-hung, tilting windows. They are GORGEOUS. They cleaned up after themselves as they went, which is not always common, and could not have been nicer. They may not be the cheapest quote you get but they will be on time, on budget, and give you a stress free experience, that much is true. The value they provide in customer service is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend.

Cannot tell you how professional these guys are. They did a great job on my Hardiplank install. We had an issue years after the install with paint adhering to the boards. They worked with the paint and suppliers and corrected the problem. Chris Campbell supervised the work on the job and did an excellent job including a number of followups to clear up some minor details. The job was done on time and within budget. NO adds or up-sells. Very enjoyable project.

I could not be happier with our new front door installed by Exovations along with the attentive service I was given through the whole process. The gal who came for our consult was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our Project Manager, Wes Peavy, was extremely helpful even before the installation began. Covid pushed back our installation a month, and although it was disappointing, we certainly understood. Every detail was handled well, from them reminding me that I might like to get a new doorbell, to me asking them to be careful not to cut the wire from the previous door frame that is part of our security system. In addition, because we had recently had our foyer floors refinished, when they took out the old door and installed the new one, there was old finish showing in front of the door and a small gap between the door and the floor. Exovations knew exactly what to do and which materials to use to beautifully complete the job. You'd never know out new door didn't come with the house, except that it is such a beautiful updated addition to our 41 year old home. An unexpected treat is that our foyer leads into our great room so we are able to enjoy our beautiful new door from the inside as much as the outside. We only wish we'd done it sooner. Exovations removed all rot and replaced with a more durable product that will not rot. They caulked, painted, installed clog free gutters. They worked to help me redesign areas of my house where wildlife would perch and leave a mess behind.

Exovations installed back door, recently we noticed that the frame is splitting. Submitted a warranty claim with Exovation, all claims should hear from someone within 14 days. As of today no response. Called to follow-up, only to hear that someone "might" call me by Friday (unacceptable). Asked to speak to the manager, and he is unavailable. If you plan on using this company, you better expect poor customer service and once the job is done, you won't be priority. It's a shame companies don't stand behind their work.

Exovations did a fantastic job on out renovation. Joy (consultant) and Wes (project manager) did a fantastic job communicating and staying in touch with us through the whole project. Everything went smoothly and we are happy with the results.

We consulted Exovations with a laundry list of projects that we wanted to do on our house. Josh Bailey was quite patient and understanding as we worked through all the things that we wanted to do, ultimately narrowing down the first phase to a new front porch with a replacement of the front door and window. During this process, we went through several different scenarios/models over several months and Josh was extremely helpful in laying out the costs of each of these so that we felt comfortable in our decision. Josh's upfront knowledge also helped us to minimize the cost surprises that will inevitably arise as the project progressed.
Once the project started, Chris Craft took over with his crew(s) and they did a great job. As with any construction project, there were unforeseen opportunities (as Chris would say) and during each of these, Chris was very clear and open on the options to address, giving alternatives where appropriate. During the project, Chris would regularly discuss with me the timeline and general progress of the project. Having limited construction knowledge myself (I'm more of a numbers guy), I actually learned a lot about my house from these discussions.
From a cost perspective, when you factor in the intangibles (i.e., Subcontractor arrangements and scheduling, permit pulling, inspection scheduling, quality control, etc...) the value that the Exovations team brings to the table, in my experience, was worth every penny. Without Chris and his team, I can only imagine the headaches and frustration that I would have experienced trying to find the expertise for each of the steps of the project and the scheduling involved, not to mention any quality issues that I may have run into given my lack of construction knowledge.
To cap it off, the proof was in the pudding! The final product was awesome and we did not have to deal with a lot of the "stresses" involved with normal construction projects. Our experience was extremely positive and Exovations will be at the top of our list as we consider future home projects.

Our experience adding a new porch to our home using Exovations was an exceptional one! The result is we have a new front porch that we are proud to show and invite our friends, family, and neighbors. Exovations did a big job at my home a while back. We had a bunch of problems with them. They were not using the right materials or doing the job the way we agreed to with the salesman. Some days their crew didn t even show up to work. When we called the office they finally sent out some big manager. His job must be to give unhappy customers a hard time. He said their work looked great and that me and my wife didn t understand construction. He said since we were financing there was nothing we could do. Exovations was in control of when to start our payments. He said the contract wouldn t let me take them to court. We would be forced into arbitration and still have to make payments in the meantime. He said if Exovations did the kind of poor work I claimed then why weren t there a lot of bad reviews. Well every time a customer writes a bad review they write a response to try to make it seem like it s the customer s fault. Maybe that s why.

Sometimes I come back to the reviews to see if anybody else has had problems like us. This one lady recently posted a review that is mind blowing. If she didn t have pictures to back up what she says it might be hard to believe how bad it is. Some of her pictures show Exovations trucks and crew. If she didn t have those pictures they probably would say she s lying and that it wasn t them. I know exactly what they can be like and I wish I had taken pictures and stood up to them.

Exovations has this certain way of dealing with the bad reviews in their responses. They will admit they had a few problems. Just little ones though. They sometimes say most of their jobs don t go like that. It makes them seem more human. Everybody makes a few mistakes, right? You can t blame them for that unless you are a bad person. Then they say they made good on all the little problems because that s what good guys do. Never mind that they didn t really make good or that they damaged property or didn t do what they were hired to do. The customer has to be the bad guy because that s how this game works.

Even with all those pictures, they tried to smear that last lady when they responded to her review. That s why I finally gave up. They had already worn us down. And Exovations was in control of the money because of the financing. All they care about is the money and there are a lot of managers and salesmen that have to get paid for every job. I should have done a review sooner but I figured they would just smear me too. I m still worried about them finding out who I am. But a review is the only way for other people to know that it could be them the next time.

We used Exovations for several projects on our home. We could not have been more thrilled with the results. John Fogle was our project manager and he was phenomenal. John was organized, timely, and very informative throughout the process. We will definitely use Exovations for future projects and request John for our PM.

I am in the middle of my project and it is a nightmare!! They keep canceling. They were supposed to show up today and canceled at the last second. This is not the first time either. The communication is very poor and I would not recommend this company. They must be going through some issues because it is very bad. I ve requested to speak to the owner but have still not gotten a call.

We are so glad we selected Exovations for our deck project! From design to done , their team communicated regularly so we knew what to expect and when. When some design issues arose, the team helped us envision our options keeping us on time and in budget. The framers ran out of decking materials(they arrived a week late), the roofer ran out of roofing materials, the salesman didn t know the building code for Decatur, and I was charged to make it right. Run from their slick presentation.

I definitely want to brag on Exovations, not normally something one does immediately following a home project. We got windows,doors, etc. estimates and plans from other companies. Their sales guys were all hard sales with very little knowledge. Josh Bailey came and calmly laid out our options and prices. He never sold us. He answered every question and spoke with assurance that the price he quoted would not change and the project manager, Chris Campbell, could be depended upon to finish the project on time. He was right! Chris communicated often and clearly. We always knew what was happening and when they would be doing what. And in the end, he finished on budget and on time. As a real estate agent, I am always looking for reliable, stress-free remodeling companies to recommend. I look forward to recommending Exovations often in the future.

Katie Smith and Tony Fricks made my experience with adding a screen porch onto my house, a very pleasant experience. Katie was my first impression of what I could expect from Exovations and Tony, as the project manager couldn't have been better. I used Exovations for an exterior remodel upgrading and relaxing all my old siding. They made the process so simple from start to finish.

These guys are awesome! John Nicholson was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful in getting us a design for a porch and deck within our budget. I cannot say how great and awesome my project manager, Tony Fricks, was. He came out about 2 months before our project was to start and walked through everything and had specific dates about how and when things would get done. More importantly, he knows how to communicate and you always know where your project stands - he calls everyday, even when there is no work scheduled to be done that day to check in and make sure you are at ease. Unlike a kitchen company that we hired and had to summarily fire for awful work, the opposite is true of Exovations! They did very high quality work!! I would use them again in a heartbeat if we have another significant outdoor project.

I ve hired many contractors in the past but none so professional as Exovations! Very responsive, paid attention to even the smallest detail. Remodeling the exterior of your home is a BIG decision (and stressful!) but they made it so easy. The crews were the best - reliable and professional. Update to original review: Even two years after the installation, it appeared that a project-related problem had occurred. Exovations promptly addressed it and fixed it. I continue to recommend them without reservation. Randy, the professional that they sent to fix the problem, was wonderful. Original: We were in the unenviable position of having to replace our siding, with it having been installed incorrectly by the builder when we built the house. We contracted Exovations to replace the majority of the siding and they did so, on time, on budget, and exceeded expectations. Joy Branch, the sales representative, was the ultimate professional and given the complicated nature of our situation, very patient with us. The job supervisor, Joseph Guynup, went above and beyond and even took care of a few other issues that weren t in the contract. We were out of town during part of the project and Mr. Guynup attended an unanticipated alarm situation after hours. We will be doing the rest of the project later in the year (carriage house) and will use Exovations for that too. We definitely recommend Joy, Joseph, and the rest of the team at Exovations.

I contacted Expectations about replacing my old portico which was starting to experience structural issues. Out of all the contractors we contacted they seemed the most knowledgeable. We went with them and it was a great experience. Our project manager Chris C. was great at keeping us informed about the progress of the project. Not only was he regularly on site to oversee the work going on but made sure to check in with us that we were happy throughout the entire process.

My house was in desperate need of repair after much neglect on my part. The paint was peeling, the gutters were rusted, and the soffits were falling off. I contacted three contractors and two were comparable and one was much higher. Exovations was the last contractor I contacted and they scheduled a very convenient appointment. Katie Ward was my sales consultant and showed up on time for the appointment. She knew what she was talking about and made a great suggestion on how they could do a portion of the front porch differently to make it look better, I ended up going with her suggestion and it looks great. Exovations price was comparable to the other exterior contractor I had contacted and I decided to use Exovations due to their warranty and the products they install. I decided to replaced my cedar siding with the Certainteed cedar lap fiber cement siding, they also replaced all the eaves, fascias, and soffits with Certainteed fiber cement product. Jim McCulloch was my project manager and he was also on time with every appointment. I had decided to replace the windows and exterior doors myself and he set up the work schedule to work around me. All of the crews worked fast and stayed on schedule despite a couple days of rain. They cleaned up at the end of the day everyday and didn't damage anything. It didn't all go smoothly but nothing ever does, what counts is they went back and made everything right. They also painted everything and installed new gutters. Now my house looks brand new and will be much lower maintenance. They stuck to the price of the original contract and didn't try to add anything in the middle of the project. I was skeptical of all the positive reviews I had read before the project but I am now a believer. They were great from beginning to end and I have no reservations about recommending them, I would definitely use them again.

I was about to contract with them and at the last minute I changed my mind and I'm glad that I did. The sales person talks a good game but I don't trust her. She gave a quote and then when I asked her to remove an item from the quote, the price stayed the same. She tried to play the old "shell game" but it did not work on me. From a quote perspective, Exovations prices were much higher that the other 2 quotes that I received. This company tries to have a squeaky clean presentation with knowledgeable salespersons but the sales people are greedy and play games. I would NOT trust them.

We had an exterior home makeover, including new windows and Hardiplank siding, done this summer and Exovations delivered! Chris Campbell and the crew were fabulous to work with every step of the way, including scheduling the project so that it was completed before our vacation. It was so great to come back home from vacation to a completely renovated exterior!!

Our experience with Exovations was exceptional! The team finished ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the results!

I engaged Exovations for a sales consultation for the replacement of the siding on my home as well as a porch renovation. Exovations assigned Marcus Sherwood to my house. I first met with Marcus Sherwood on Wednesday, October 3, 2019 at 5:00PM to discuss what Exovations could offer. After a 2 1/2 hour consultation, my wife and I both shared both of our credit challenges and he stated through text to his direct supervisor that " the boss thinks we will get approved. Measurements and drawings were done on our home and we received a quote of $22,700 for both the replacement on the siding and the porch replacement. Marcus Sherwood also requested a follow up meeting for Friday, October 5, 2019 in which he asked us to fill out credit application. We explained our credit challenges in detail to Marcus Sherwood and he assured us through text messages that Robin, their chief finance operator would be able to get her approved with her 99.5% success rate.

The credit application could have been completed during the 2 1/2 hour consultation meeting on Wednesday. Robin was in her office on Wednesday October 3, 2019 and Thursday, October 4, 2019 and we could have possibly had an positive answer sooner. On Friday, October 5, 2019 Marcus Sherwood requested an credit report be completed thus reducing our credit score from 2 to 4 points. He portrayed Robin as "Alladin's genie by reemphasizing her success rate of 99.5% and that we would get approved for financing.

Marcus Sherwood's text to me on Friday, October 5, 2019 that he was "still working hard to earn my business" was simply not true.

Marcus Sherwood turned out to be misinformed with regards to the success rate of the finance options Robin posessed of having a 99.5% success rate. By Robin's own admission, Marcus Sherwood was way out of his league to discuss finance options that he knows nothing about. Marcus Sherwood was unprofessional and misinform of the facts regarding finance. Very frustrating experience. If Marcus Sherwood comes to your house for a consultation, please run him off your property.

No excuses for the misinformation. Marcus Sherwood will now move on to his next customer with only a slap on the wrist and no concern for the damage he caused to our credit score by requesting an unnecessary credit report.

If company really cares about me as a customer, they will contact me and solve this situation by paying for the renovation because of the incompetency, misinformation and misrepresentation of one Marcus Sherwood.

Selected Exovations, once completed review of 3 vendors to update/replace, siding, install windows, replace front door and small rock project and paint. Exovations was extremely professional and following initial meeting with project manager had schedule, timelines, when material would arrive, and process that would occur. Exovations stayed on schedule, informed us each day of progress and next steps. Employees completing work were very good at their job and always cleaned up each day, finished product was excellent, workmanship was above average and overall project exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Exovations for any remodeling type of project.

Exovations is a very professional organization. I liked the fact that they had a showroom to allow the customer to see the product and variety of options available. Keith O Brian, the Sales Consultant helped me realize multiple iterations of a design plan until I was happy with the final plan. Jennifer Dreher, the Architectural Designer, listened to my requests and made the requested changes as I requested. Andy Burton, the Project Manager, did a great job of monitoring and coordinating all aspects of the construction of the 2-story deck and screened-in porch. He was very respectful and responsive to my requests. The large staff of workers who tore down the old deck, poured the foundation and installed the masonry work, who built the deck, installed the under- deck system, the gutters, roof, electrical outlets and fixtures, and installed the roof, were all super professional, respectful, and cleaned up after their work. I was very happy with the final project. It met my expectations!!They were also very responsive to corrections that needed to be made after the job had been completed. The cost of the work was commensurate with the fine work that was accomplished. I highly recommend Exovations for anyone that is considering installing such a deck and screened in porch.

We had all of our siding replaced, our entire outside of our house painted, and our gutters replaced. The project finished on time with no surprises, in spite of a good bit of rain that created some delays to workaround. Dennis, our project manager, was very communicative and easy to work with. The siding guys were awesome!! The painters did a great job on the siding and the caulking. Some of the existing trim could have been cleaned up a bit more before painting, but it was pretty old and beat up to begin with. The gutters turned out great. I would definitely recommend seeking out Exovations if you have similar needs. Our sales guy, Keith, was great too!

We requested a quote for remodeling a sunroom. One of their salespersons came out on a Saturday and had to have their construction manager come out later in the week in order to offer a proper quote. That was totally ok. Understandably they needed to know the scope of work before writing a proposal. The salesperson confirmed the construction manager had come out and we would recieve the quote in a fee days. Its now been over a month and still no quote. We've reached out, and the response is "I feel like I've sent the quote 20 times" yet its it's nowhere to be seen. I even asked them to copy a second email address in case I was having a problem with my email address. Nothing. If your company can't handle our project, is not interested, or other.... tell us! We are scheduling contractors who rely on the previous project to be complete, and dragging my quote out for over a month puts our project behind, costing us time and money. I wonder how they would feel if I sent them an invoice for money/time lost?

I've been a customer since 2013. Since then the Exovations team have replaced all the windows in my home, front, back and interior garage doors. When I am planning an exterior renovation project in my home, they are my first and only call. Each time I ask for Terry Brooks by name. He's been my sales contact since day 1. He's always courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and I'm always confident that he and Exovations will do the job right the first time and within my budget. Customer for life!

A few uncomfortable facts. I have not fully paid Exovations. Exovations (or their attorney/bill collector) has filed a lien against my property. I have been served a summons for upcoming legal proceedings. If I did not state these things here myself, I'm sure Exovations would. So now, they will only need to put their unique spin on this dreadful situation.

From my initial consultations with the Exovations salesperson to the final conversation with their Operations Director who promised to "return to fix" problems, I now know Exovations misrepresented their qualifications, capabilities and project management. Perhaps it should have given me pause that so many of Exovations' reviews are for siding, windows and gutter jobs. I contracted with them for deck renovation.

Over the course of this project, Exovations negligently damaged my property, and attempted to cover up for their incompetence and poor judgement. During their first week, Exovations began tearing apart a screened porch which was not part of the contract scope. The Exovations project manager was not onsite that day; he rarely was.

I had hopes that the project manager would become more involved from that point and that the project would get on track. But the Exovations' crew left pieces of my EzeBreeze screened porch lying in a pile for weeks (see photo). They started using this porch to store their tools and ladders (see photo) despite my instructions to the project manager to not do this.

Unfortunately, the quality of their work actually deterioriated from there. One stunning example, Exovations broke a large custom window while prying off old decking with a crow bar! There are photos here of the broken window, as well as the remnants of old boards still hanging from screws. Why didn't they back out the screws and simply lift away the old boards? Why didn't they take some measure to protect the window, a sheet of plywood maybe? This, too, happened on yet another day when the project manager was not onsite.

As upsetting as their continued error and poor workmanship was (and is), the fact that Exovations began to reuse damaged material, alongside attempting to hide their repeated mistakes, still makes me fearful. Not one section of the new railing fits properly, but there is plenty of black marker and rail-colored paint to try to disguise this (shown in several of the attached photos).

Exovations had been paid approximately 85% of the contract amount by their final day at my home, yet despite the Exovation CEO's acknowledgement of their "failed processes and workmanship", Exovations abandoned my project prior to completion.

They left on 11/21/19 near dusk, just after having replaced the broken window. With no daylight left to review anything they had torn apart and redone again just that day, the Operations Manager said Exovations would return to "fix anything you find". No one from Exovations has been to my home since 11/21/19. I suppose, for Exovations, this is what stress-free remodeling looks like.

The level of customer service they showed was appalling. I had them come out to quote my siding, which was a small portion of the house, and trim/insulation. The quote was triple another quote from another reputable vendor and didn't show any quantities. When I asked them to confirm the scope of the project, because their bid did not show any quantities, they said no, but don't worry because there's no way they're wrong, since they've been doing this for long, and I'd just have to trust them. Uh, no. There is no way anyone should sign off on a bid from a vendor like this that refuses to quantify their estimate. Always get three bids, too.

I had 19 windows on my home replaced. Easy process from beginning to end. The salesperson, Chris Ray gave me a fair price and promptly followed up with several questions I asked him. Chris Campbell was the project manager--dates were exactly as stated. His installers--Craig and Jack were efficient, professional, neat and finished quicker than expected. Although they were not the cheapest quote, I am very happy with the experience and quality of the windows.
