He took my older computer cleaned it up and put it in an awesome case for me to give my nephew. It looks like a brand new computer and I absolutely love it. I had a good experience here. I came in with an old laptop that wasn't working anymore (the screen was all messed up) and left with a new laptop that's a lot better and a lot faster than my old one was. He also included a one-year antivirus subscription on it (Webroot) which is better than the antivirus I had been using for years (McAfee). He was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable about his stuff. I would definitely recommend this place.

CROOK. Took my computer to get fixed and got conned into a junk computer 4 years older than mine was told how much greater it was than mine kept getting the run around. Took the junk I bought from him to a real computer store and they said that the copy of windows that Dale installed was a bootleg copy and wasn t even legal. BEST PRICE JOKE. CROOK

After working with the people at best price computers as a customer, and working with them as an employee, I've learned a lot from the owner, I would recommend this place as a customer, and from an employee perspective, I have learned about more than just computers working here, I have learned business, and I have learned customer service, and caring for the customers. I would recommend this place as a customer, they will work with what you have and if not they will work with you to replace it with something newer and better, As a "self taught IT" I would give them my recommendation.

Was referred here by a good friend. Was treated well and received exceptional service. They gave me trade in credit for an older laptop and sold me a super fast Toshiba model, transferred all my old files from my other laptop. This in my opinion is a excellent place for computer service and great pricing. would recommend to anyone.

(Edit) I took the computer in and everything was fixed he worked with me and repaired my PC and replaced the parts...I purchased a computer that they built a few months back and have had nothing but problems with it a week after I got it wouldn't boot up so I took it in they apparently couldn't find anything wrong with it and fixed it but I had to pay for the repair after I just paid $600 for it a week before then it wont recognize the ssd that's in it wont bot up half the time, the ssd dont work anymore so I had to use the other hard drive to install windows I am currently installing it for the fourth time and it just errored out and stopped working it says there is an error with the bios it wont recognize the keyboard I've had nothing but problems with this computer since i purchased it

Best computer place i have ever been. We went to try to get our computer fix but it had lived its last bytes. We ended up buying a new tower. Dale the owner not only transferred information from our old computer to the new one. Checked for viruses and gave us an all around great deal. Needless to say we will be going back for any of our computer needs.

I recently stopped by the store to see whether they could repair a broken IPAD screen. Even though they are able to repair them they referred me to someone that could do it for a lower price. The owner, Dale, is always friendly and super-helpful. Best Price is thorough with every computer issue/repair, and fair with prices for any purchase. This is the best computer repair/sales I've dealt with, and I have lived in several locations.

I have made several trips to the store. The first was questions to see if they could fix my problem. The technician spent a lot of time with me explaining all the different choices I had, the costs and what else could be going on. I returned to have the computer repaired and another replaced. Dale was again very very courteous and patient as I am not wise about computers and asked a lot of dumb question. He figured out what I was talking about and what would best suit my needs and again gave me different options and costs. He asked me what I would be using my computer for long term which also made a difference on what product I needed. Everything he fixed for me was right the first time! I have gone back to increase my computer speed and capability to handle the larger files I am now using and again Dale was quick and thorough. He also he fixes my business computers and they deal with another employee other than myself. Same Great Service. I was referred to Best Price by another person. I recommend Best Price Computers. The personnel know what they are doing and I am always amazed at how quick the repair is done.

Edit: Expensive computer, now looking at it because I keep having problems a year later, been having problems for 7 months or so. Notice 2 laptop hard drives, in a computer very expensive. Wires routed are pulled so tight a few have shorts..... Don't go here, tried to like this place... Rip off bad.

I had an excellent experience here. I forget the man's name, but the older guy with the mustache is a wizard with computers. He is very friendly and down to earth. He made everything easy for my dad and I during our visit there. He even threw in some discounts that helped me a lot. He has computers that are better than something you could get at Walmart, Best Buy, etc. I recommend this place to anyone with computer needs.

I ended up at Best Price Computers by mistake. My previous repairman told me I had no viruses but I was having issues. I called and by mistake got Best Price, but it was the best mistake I could have made. They found a virus and several scans were done while I waited. You can't ask for better service than that! This is where I will always go in the future.

My mother lives in Defiance and myself being in California, not being locally available to assist, she was running into so many issues trying to download Windows 10 on her laptop. I finally said "enough" & googled "Computer support in Defiance OH". Up popped Best Price Computers, LLC. Trust me, I read reviews & go off instinct before doing business with anyone these days. Seeming very legit, called and Dale was exceptional. He understood exactly what my frustration was and what I needed him to do for my elderly mother. I felt the peace of mind that she was in good hands! Dale found that her laptop had run its course and was able to identify things she had no idea was on her computer. She is now with a new laptop, purchased for $175 that is bigger, better, and up to date with everything. Quick turn around, warm experience, and it was a pleasure to have done business today. I paid to have a new 1080 graphics card installed and my tower cleaned. With card installed, software updated and tower cleaned (which had a 3 year buildup) it took around an hour and some change and cost was 130. I was asked if I had plans for my old video card (1060gtx) and I did not. Mr Slusser offered a straight trade:. Card for the price of service. As the card was a gift to me I paid nothing for professional service. My tower looks brand new and everything is working like a charm!

I came in with an odd request looking for RAM because I didn't want to wait to get it online. They gave me a great deal for my low budget and we're very friendly with me. Would recommend.
