A really great experience! They give a discount for girl scouts and even have patches you can buy. The kids loved the learning experience and had lots of questions. Our guide was good with kids, patient and answered all their questions. The first time we went we learned more about where each animal came from than we did this last visit. Still 5 stars.

FANTASTIC place! Great main tour. There's a secret extra tour of less tame creatures that's even better! You can also RENT A CABIN FOR A NIGHT and watch the nocturnal ones walk around and stuff.

Great place to visit. Reasonably priced. You get to be very close to some amazing animals. They seem to take great care of all the animals. Good fun and a great cause to support!

Was such a surprise to see these exotic cats well taken care of and in adequate enclosures instead of cages it's better than being inside a little cage, we asked a lot of questions and our guide was very knowledgeable I really enjoyed my entire visit out there. I do recommend this and the $10 donation is very reasonable for such a good cause!

Beautiful place! It's absolutely worth the trip. These majestic cats are beautiful and well taken care of. They are a not-for-profit, so show them some love and don't skimp on buying a shirt!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff and volunteers are wonderful people doing a great service for these cats. I only wish I could have stayed longer! It is rather out of the way, but worth the hike, especially to break up the monotony of Indiana. If you have the time, you can stay overnight there in a room with views of the cats below you!

Great place to go. You get a walking tour with guides that actually take care of the big cats. They call them by name and stop to talk to them and explain their history to you. If you are handicapped, you will get to ride the golf cart. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a wonderful gift of life and care EFRC provides for these big cats that were in need of rescue and a forever home. Excellent care and enriched environments provided for all. A work of love and compassion.

We stayed overnight, and had a really good time. It is an amazing experience, and it was awesome to sleep so close to the big cats! The tour guides are great. We can tell how much these people care for the animals. My favorite part is hearing the lions roaring to each other. It echoes all across the center. We will be coming back.

Went there August 2019. Very good place to pay a visit! Mosquito spray recommended. A definitely need to go place! Lots of big cats, they did a good job taking care of animals while educating the public! Learned a lot!

Wonderful place to get out and see big cats. You can't touch them but you can get as close as two feet depending on where the cats are in their enclosures. The tour guides are interesting and enthusiastic. They not only know about the cats, they know these cats individually and, in some cases, intimately. It is a great place for a family outing.

Just called to see what time they opened and to figure out a few other details and whatever guy answered the phone was VERY VERY RUDE and didn't seem interested in giving any i information about anything at all. Never been to this place but not sure i want to go after a simple phone call with a rude employee

Great place to go see some cats in the wild. The employees are great nice people and price it right. If you're an animal lover and love wild cats I highly recommend the detour off the beaten path into the country to check them out!

I love the fact that the great cats get a second lease on life when circuses, zoos and ordinary people don't want or can't maintain them. To hear the heartbreaking stories of abuse and neglect almost brings u to tears. This is a great place to learn about the proper way to care for these great animals. Keep in mind, tho, that this is NOT a zoo and they don't have the double fences. Children under five have to be held and all have to maintain an arms length away from the fence. No touching of the animals or u will be asked to leave. Great experience for our 14 year old, too.

This is a quite out of the way place to see exotic animals. These animals are brought in by people who could not take care of them. At the rescue, they take great care of the big cats and give them a home to live in until they are back to health. Go see them and donate to help build more homes for these beautiful animals.

An amazing experience. I first learned of this place as a freshman at IU, it is located between Bloomington and Terre Haute. From the first time I went I was amazed by how close we were to the majestic animals, the knowledge of the keepers, and the conditions the cats now live in.

It breaks my heart as an animal lover to hear the circumstances under which most of their cats are obtained but I am so glad that there's a place like this to give them a peaceful life.

I now live several hours away and still endeavor to make the trip at least once a year. Everytime I go down there I learn more about the cats, about conservation, and about the organization.

The EFRC should be a must for anyone traveling in central Indiana. It is a wonderful experience that I can't wait to introduce to my children when they're the right age.

This place is AMAZING!!! You are only a few feet away from these beautiful creatures. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about every cat they have. A hidden gem in the Wabash Valley.

We had a wonderful, guided tour as you are not allowed to just wander. Our volunteer was very knowledgeable and you get to see the cats pretty close up. We really enjoyed it. They have a small souvenir shop with mostly tee shirts. Restrooms are port-a-potties but there is one for wheelchair access. Dirt/gravel paths are easy to walk on, I don't think a wheelchair would have any problems.
We will definitely come back on our next visit to the area.

This place was awesome! Our guide Sydney was stupendous. The amount of area and cats they have was outrageous. Those majestic animals were dealt a hard hand. But the rescue center has their best interests at heart. Thank you for allowing me to see it today!

We encountered this place traveling west between Indianapolis and Terre Haute. It was well worth the stop. You have the opportunity to see a large variety of exotic cats. They have tigers, lions, servals, bobcats, lynx, leopards, and mountain lions. The animals have been rescued from various places and now live here. They appear to receive good care and are happy. You walk through on paths between the enclosures and it takes about an hour. The donation of $10 is very modest for what you get to see.

I have visited the EFRC a handful of times & cannot wait to go back to visit again! The staff & caretakers do such as amazing job & are so very dedicated to making the lives of every exotic at their facility the very best it can be, in every possible way.
I just wish I was not a 6-hour drive away - so that I could become a volunteer!!!

A forever home for exotic cats. Around 200 cats. No contact with cats by visitors. Large enclosures. Very clean enclosures. Cats can come up near visitors but they are on the other side of very sturdy fencing. Special events through the year at the Center and special fundraising events off site during the year. Fantastic place to visit any time during the year. Closed Mondays, open 10 am to 5 pm. Entrance price is $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under. Well worth the trip to Center Point In.

Loved the walking tour of the grounds. After being rescued they come here for the rest of they're lives. It's nice to see they are being well taken care of i.e..vet and optimally fed. They all have large enclosures and enough room to live. I truly recommend this to anyone interested in big exotic cats.

I may hate Woodbridge apartments but I love the feline rescue center. The staff is wonderful and have a great relationship with the cats. The cats are beautiful and happy and you can tell everyone involved cares tremendously about their work and the animals. We went on a tour in the freezing drizzle and it was the best hour of the day :) it s only 10$ a person but you should donate more if you are able, everyone deserves it.

Absolutely must visit place! I have been here 4 times and never had a bad experience. The guides have been different each time, but I enjoyed that each gave a different perspective. The cats are all beautiful and have unique personalities. Sophie was a family favorite on my last visit. We will definitely be going back!
