In covid times, we would expect that cars would be properly cleaned on the inside. Unfortunately, we collected a dirty car in the inside with breadcrumbs and hair. The supervisor at the branch was quite sarcastic when we mentioned it to her. Shame as I have experienced good customer service from other Enterprise branches.

Efficient. Courteous. Helpful and polite. Pick up from inside arrivals hall; mini bus back to airport the moment you've checked the car back in.Definitely going to use them again.

Since we have had very good experiences with Autoeurop for more than 15 years and thus rent our car hire at Car Rental, I can only say positive and always helpful and more than friendly.

Worst customer service! The woman at front desk could not have been more rude or unhelpful. The bad experience I encountered could have led to a 5 star review had it been handled properly. Instead the (f you) attitude of the representative led to another 1 star review. Seems this place is slowly falling apart. Best to stay away and rent from a better agency closer to airport.

One of the most terrible, incompetent experiences of my life. BEWARE if you rent from National or Enterprise in Thessaloniki, you will end up here. As a matter of fact, a rather disproportionate amount of Thessaloniki airport rentals end up here. How they continue to be the face of rather respectable international chains is beyond me.

You will not get what you paid for. You will get charged for dings/scratches/wear that were there. You will not get a late model, low mileage car. What you will get: a jalopy that randomly stalls, guzzles gas, and leaves you stranded.

In my case he insisted I "come back tomorrow" cause the computers were down despite having receipts. "How do I know they're not fake" was his nickelodeon retort.

"How about the same way you went about checking things before computers? Perhaps call headquarters in Athens or wherever?"

Long story short, I got my junkster, after about 90 minutes of arguing and threatening police.

I suspect few people will see this because they pull a bait and switch on you. You expect a car from Enterprise or National, and you end up at "executive lease SA"

What a joke.

These are the sort of businesses that give Greece a terrible name. This is what the government and international companies should be cracking down on.

Had the worst customer experience here ever. I booked a car here and upon arrival found that I left my international drivers permit at home. Please mind, that this is Greece, it's hot, me, my pregnant wife and my daughter just came off a flight and the rental is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport. So, fine, the rules clearly state that I should have the idp on me. My wife, though has a valid and working international drivers license on her, can we rent the car in her name? The answer is "no, you can go back to the airport and rent a car from someone else". The worst part is that the person has no intention to help or anything, just like this "go f yourself" attitude. So beware, most likely this unfriendly behavior is with everything they do.

On time pick-up shuttle at the airport and same on the way back. Cars are fine.

Great service. We were met, taken to the office and quickly issued a car. It was the same when handing over the car. Good, nice and young guys work in this company. Next time, order a car from them again.

I wasn't given any proof of car return and later calls to get it were unsuccessful about that. No coordination. Online reservation is also a mess through Alamo. Not recommended at all.

Great place to rent a car. Close to the airport. There is a round trip transfer. Everything is quickly processed, but the car may not be the one you order. The cars are new, very clean. I recommend it because excellent service and reasonable price. The only thing is that the entrance to the base is narrow and inconvenient, be careful. And I also recommend that you take out full insurance on the spot, it justifies itself. And there is no need to block a large amount on the card.

We had rented the Hundai Atos from Enterprise for a week in Mesini-Kalamata. We only drove to our accommodation on asphalt roads, far from any place. The evening before our return flight, we noticed a flat tire on the right rear wheel and wanted to change the tire, as it was unthinkable to drive away. The spare wheel was found quickly, but it was limp. Fortunately, we were just at home and even happened to find a 12V air pump that had been slumbering in our storage room for 20 years. We were surprised that nothing happened (not really working?). There was a slight panic. When we then took a closer look and discovered that the spare tire had a real big hole, the catastrophe seemed perfect. Call the agency! We were advised to inflate the plates and try to use them to reach the airport. If we couldn't get any further along the way, we would be picked up. What would we have done if we hadn't had a pump, so outside of any civilization ?! Fortunately, our machine still worked. In any case, we took it with us on our return trip and now have it at home instead of in Greece. The return of the car went smoothly, nobody was interested in either the flat or the burst spare tire! Will the next tenant get the car in the same condition?
Question: How does a broken spare tire (it was clearly the spare wheel!) Get into the trunk?
Do I have to check the spare wheel every time I rent? We trusted that the car was OK.

Complicated experience with Enterprise.
The agent who picked us at the airport was on time, nice and very polite, which was not the case at all at the pick-up. I asked to pay for another car category (not a free upgrade, but to pay to change the car) which was refused by the agent because the contract was already done. He also refused to make a proper check-in by writing down the damages of the car and did not inform me about the specific coverage of the insurance.
A glass of the car has been broken in Athens, and the employees at the Enterprise counter at Athens airport really did their best to help me by providing immediately a new car and by charging as little as possible the damage.
I reported in Athens the behaviour of the Thessaloniki agent. After this report, I have been called within one day by the station manager of Thessaloniki who apologised for such behaviour and also provided a great help.
Therefore, I consider that the poor service I experienced was the fault of one specific agent, who may not be representative of the overall service provided by Enterprise.

We have booked a rental car, with which we also wanted to drive over the border to Bulgaria and Macedonia. Enterprise was the only car rental company that allowed this. In advance, we were promised that this is possible and nothing special was pointed out. We had multiple contact with Enterprise in advance by email, it was confirmed, the border crossings were possible, it was called the prices for the green card, the insurance modalities clarified etc. We had booked with fully comprehensive insurance without deductible. Only on location we learned that we will have NO insurance coverage outside Greece. It would have been very important for us to know this before.
Otherwise, everything went smoothly, the airport shuttle worked fine, the staff were very nice, the car clean and everything went well otherwise. But we would have liked to know that with the insurance protection.

It would be much more convenient for the rental agency to be in the airport !!!!!

Great service with pick-up at the airport, unproblematic handover and return of the car in Thessaloniki

- The girl who accompanied us to and from the airport, in the Minivan, was very kind.
- They gave us the car we had booked, which I consider very important, unlike other companies that give you what they want.
- The car, in our 10 days of booking, worked fine, without negative surprises.
- the car was spotless and without a trace / smell of cigarettes, as non-smokers.
- Some report the distance to and from the airport. Personally, I did not care at all, I found it immediate and effective, due to the free transfer with the company's Minivan.
- The release of my card money, where it was used as a deposit, was immediate. The money was unblocked the next business day.
- Finally, whenever we wanted to contact them, they served us.

Personally, first God, I will prefer the company again, if I visit Thessaloniki in the future.

Complaint about employees in your branch in THESSALONIKI, Greece. The employee did not accept my Master card with convex letters. I have previously paid for a car rental in Spain, France, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Tenerife. There was never a problem.We were taken from the airport and transported to the office 3 kilometers. As we were refused to rent a car, nobody moved us back. We were left as dogs by the highway

The pickup from the airport went smoothly, maybe the driver of the shuttle should only take his foot off the accelerator, that was a very quick driving. On the spot was only a rental car to choose from, which, contrary to the agreement in the lease was not fully refueled. After some discussion and insistence on the lease, the car was then fully refueled. All in all, it took almost half an hour. Car okay, but not completely clean. So far my worst car rental experience.

THE COMPANY HAS NOT ACCEPTED MASTER CARD CREDIT CARD WITH LICENSED CAPITAL LETTERS THE SELLER WILL NOT CHECK THAT ARE THE APPROPRIATE DEPOSITS FOR THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT. I have previously rented cars throughout Europe, France Spain Sweden Poland Italy and other companies in Greece and in Tenerife and Crete Greece. There was never a problem. WE SAID US FROM THE AIRPORT AND TRANSPORTED TO THE OFFICE 3 kilometers outside the airport. HOW THERE WAS NO TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THIS NOSE US WAS NO BACK TO THE AIRPORT. WE LOST OURSELVES AS HIGHWAY.

The management/owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves and is another reflection as to why Greece is where it is today!!!

I came on a family vacation and rented a 9 passenger van with the intent to travel Greece from North to South with a full load. As we started our 15 day voyage within our first day we had our tire pressure sensor come on. Not thinking too much of it at my next fill up at the gas station we filled the tires and finding out that one tire had lost air. As we continued 3 days later the tire pressure sensor reappeared. Not wasting anymore time we pulled into a service station to inspect the tires as didn't want to chance it with my whole family including children in the vehicle. To my disbelief the mechanic told me that all 4 tires were on their last legs and he could not believe that a car rental company would allow such a vehicle leave with paying customers that were foreign to the country. Replacing the bad tire we continued on with no further issues besides the change oil light being on for the last few days. What a joke!!! Shameful actually!!!

Didn't really want to write this review to be honest but now being back for a week and after them knowing my dissatisfaction and disbelief no one from upper management has even reached out. So I now share my experience here.

For the second time a vehicle received from Enterprise (to Rhodes) and with the vehicle (16 days, Toyota Yaris) and the processing in the office, just outside the airport, extremely satisfied. However, I have already booked the car in Germany via CHECK24. This is paradoxically cheaper than over Enterprise directly!

They picked us up quickly at the airport. We did not have to queue at the desk. The service was good and everything went smoothly. We had a Suzuki Baleno and I liked the car; was economical and comfortable enough. Also it did not smell cigarette smoke which was a big plus! Thanks

Highlight that makes these guys stand out is the hospitality and service. Warm and friendly on phone and in person. Also our 4-year old son left his favourite toy in the shuttle back to the airport. I called them up and they offered to bring it along right away.

Very good price. The car is impeccable. New and fast service without much. I first hired this company in Thessaloniki and I can not hide that I was cautious as I have been tapped by another "Golden" company ... I was fanatically overthrown. Excellent service and good service.

Can t fault them. All the staff is so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The car we had this time was a VW Polo which we asked for and it was handed to us very clean inside and outside. Both collecting the car and returning it back to them was quick, easy and pleasent and they even provided us with a courtesy drop off after returning the car back to them. We visit Thessaloniki at least twice a year and they are the only place we would consider hire a car from. They are an absolute little gem. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

Unlike some other car rentals in Thessaloniki, Enterprise offered unlimited milage with a price the others couldn't match. Also, it was a new car, pleasant service (no pressure about insurance or other tricks) and a drop off to the closes bus stop. I can only recommend!

I use their cars very ofter and I have to say that every time I have a new car, and the best customer support. Of course, their prices are the best.

The company charge me 42 euros extra the reason was i did try to pay with debit instead credit card.

I rent a car for 5 days. Car was clean and good to use, there were quit a lot little scratches (we booked a cheap budget car so no problem) but when I returned the car NO problems with that, people from enterprise are very friendly, honest & humble. My mother forgot her bag in the car and they reminded us and gave us back the bag.
Also good service, free drinking water for the customers and toilets. Everything was handled very quick, didn't need to wait. Good English explanations. Free transfer to airport was made immediately and quick.
One of the best car rental experience I've made so far (I had 13 car rentals all over the world).
And thanks to Fanis, all employees should be like that.
