Complicated experience with Enterprise.
The agent who picked us at the airport was on time, nice and very polite, which was not the case at all at the pick-up. I asked to pay for another car category (not a free upgrade, but to pay to change the car) which was refused by the agent because the contract was already done. He also refused to make a proper check-in by writing down the damages of the car and did not inform me about the specific coverage of the insurance.
A glass of the car has been broken in Athens, and the employees at the Enterprise counter at Athens airport really did their best to help me by providing immediately a new car and by charging as little as possible the damage.
I reported in Athens the behaviour of the Thessaloniki agent. After this report, I have been called within one day by the station manager of Thessaloniki who apologised for such behaviour and also provided a great help.
Therefore, I consider that the poor service I experienced was the fault of one specific agent, who may not be representative of the overall service provided by Enterprise.
