Very slick efficient and friendly plus picked up at airport

Nice employee. Fast and courteous.
Vehicle category not entirely appropriate. Booked a Golf and Focus class and got a Citroen C3. Older model with over 70tkm

I rented a car and when I came to he office and was told that I could not go cross border, the guy told me that he cancelled the booking without charge. Ryanair just wrote med that they are going to charge it anyways.
Very bad experience and 100 dollars out of the window.
So they got 100 dollars for free, and an available car to rent out. Nice business.

We were poorly executed documents and we could not cross the border of Greece and Bulgaria the first time. I had to return to the office (this is 144 km) for the missing documents. The day is spent. Compensation NO!

Everything went smoothly. Airport shuttle worked without any problems. The process of renting and returning the car was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. The car was fine, which can be expected from a Renault Clio with 50,000 kilometers. The rented child seat was on the borderline, but it ultimately worked. A disinfectant for the child seat is definitely recommended. On the whole, we are satisfied with the price-performance ratio and would rent a car there again

Very good service from the staff as to the delivery of the car.
Clean and in very good condition.
Upon delivery - return I asked if they could take me to the dealership (skoda Gianniri) to pick up my own car which was for repair.
The answer was negative and the excuse that we were closing (16-30) at that time I was the only customer. Of course I passed after an hour and it was open.
They didn't even bother to say call a TAXI
Not the cost which was 5 euro the distance is small for the car but the weather at that time was not the best 29/11/2106 -

It was hot.The woman at the desk was unpleasant and the car they supplied was not what I had ordered. Instead of a compact I was given an old Skoda with a noisy dodgy transmission.When I complained about the fuel level the women yelled at me even after I photographed the fuel level. It sure looked like half to me. Bad business, bad people, bad car. On top of that it was the most expensive car on my trip, far exceeding the others.STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

No problems at all. Was met at the airport and bought to their station. Rented an Opel Corsa, pretty new, top condition. Very nice staff, very fast and swift return of the car.

If i could Give it no star I would. The worst service ever. I came and they did not have a car available for me. Left me at the airport with no help and on top of that never returned my money back.300$!!!!!! Do not ever rent a car from them.

If you are not a native greek speaker you better skip this place.
The staff can barely speak english. Discussing any detail is not an option.
Moreover, I got a much smaller car than the one I booked, the car was dirty and the tires were inflated.

It did everything perfectly! Car had within a few minutes and returned in a minute. Also transport from and to the airport quickly and with friendly drivers. Car in good condition. I booked it over cheaper-mietwagen.de.

No problem when receiving and collecting the car. We looked at the car with the guy who handed it to us to see if any damage was already present on the bodywork. The car was almost perfect, with the exception of a few slight scratches on the side, almost invisible, impossible to write down on the contract and of no importance to the clerk, who assessed the presence of real damages (such as barrel or obviously damaged bodywork) .
At the end of the rental period, we came across a woman who was completely unkind, unprofessional and on the verge of being dishonest. Initially it complained that riconsegnassimo the car (obviously) covered with dust (after 15 days on the island of Thassos has several dirt roads). After disputing that the rental contract also included cleaning costs, we made fun of our intelligence by saying that the problem was no longer dust but scratches on the side that in his memory were not there.
Before asking the colleague to rinse the machine (as he did after at least 10 minutes of discussion) to assess the actual presence of damage, he immediately said that we had to pay for the scratches caused to the side.
Once the car was rinsed and the bodywork was sponged meticulously, the car was obviously as perfect as when we picked it up and without apologizing it finally got us off to the airport.
Never again with Enterprise for the bad professionalism and doubtful honesty in the way of working.

Very good service, on time at the airport. Fast process. In less than 15 minutes I had the car. On the way back I had been late for my flight and had a brief check-in and I was fine. I strongly recommend.

We got a Volkswagen 206 car with 36700 kilometers ... in low gear ... 1..2 ... barely overflowing ... poor owner ... dry tires ... engine oil less than half ...

Great service - would recommend highly. They provide a pick up service at the airport (the agency is a short drive away). The check in process was flawless, the staff were respectful and were very patient in taking our questions. The return of the car was also very fast and professional, with an easy return back to the airport.

I've rented now in 10+ countries, and have had a range of experiences in good and bad car rental agencies. This is a very professional service and I would rent with them again.

We took a car in Athens, we wanted to cross the border to Bulgaria and return in Thessaloniki, we had to change cars because of insurance issues, service was excellent from the first guy in Athens to the last guy that dropped us in the airport.

The scam! We rented a car for 10 days in this agency. However, we had some problems with the plane and arrived a day later. However, we called the agency to warn that we cannot pick up the car on time due to this problem. They said that is no problem. On arrival, our car was rented to someone else despite the phone chat (coincidentally, no one remembers this chat). They refused to reimburse 400 paid for 10 days rental. Read the rental agreement carefully and indicate all the delay / cancellation of flights which does not often depend on you.

Rented a car for a day. Being only 22 years old they did not take any extra for renting a mini car, 18 with unlimited mileage. Really nice service and they were very helpful. We got a ride afterwards to the closest bus stop to go back to the center. After researching many car rentals in Thessaloniki I would highly recommend this place.

We had booked through CHECK24 and the landlord should be Alamo. The pick-up at the airport Thessaloniki worked perfectly. It quickly went from here to the car rental. I did not know that Alamo, Enterprise and National belong together. No matter; Here, too, everything went fast and smoothly, so that we were soon able to take over our rental car, a fairly new Toyota Yaris.

Lovely service, easy to correspond in English. The only unexpected thing is that there is no office at the airport but someone will meet you at the airport near your booking time. The car was clean and reliable.

The staff is very friendly, both on the phone and on site. The vehicles are well maintained: air conditioning, clutch. Price / performance top.

Had a middle class car ordered. I have got a 1 year old Audi A3 diesel.
Was clean and the pick up from the airport worked very well.
All the cars I saw on the site were relatively new. You can also take a small car here without worrying about getting a junk box.
