The rooms are dinky. The toilets are tucked so tightly beside the sinks I can only imagine how an overweight individual would cringe at the bathroom. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors TV and conversations which sucks when you are trying to sleep. Otherwise it is located by a pub and a restaurant which was convenient

Eclectic rooms with no space to sit on the commode without sitting sideways, towels are on a shelf in the shower that is not accessible for a 5'6" person to reach unless standing on tip toe in the shower, and no room for personal toiletries.Area around the hotel is all business, so eating options are few in the evening after 7 pm. Phoned from the airport, that I had forgot to grab my LG Tone Active earbuds (brand new, $119) in my room and asked the staff to check and have them sent home. They were NOT "found" nor turned in; however I had charged them in the room the previous night. No follow up phone call or contact received by the manager even after requesting it 2xs. Disappointing.

I would give zero stars if I could, I have never ever felt so disrespected by hotel staff. Literally open harrassment, even pathetic child like bullying behavior. I couldn't believe it. I still cant. For a person who's actual job description includes specifically to make paying guests feel not just welcomed, but comfortable as well as accommodated in every way that they can and striving to make incredible hospitality guaranteed, I mean it's a HOTEL for goodness sake, and a hotel like this which claims class and prestige for front desk employees to scream curse words to me, my wife and my 5 and 7 year old children and demean us as a, and I quote " a lower kind of people" like they did and for the other staff present who either obviously were holding back there laughter or smirking and watching as if it's some kind of entertainment. The cruelty my family and I experienced is something I will remember for the rest of my life. If your planning on staying there, just don't. If you have reservations, cancel and go anywhere else. The people here are just evil.

Extremely small, the rooms are falling apart. The price is high for what you get, and be ready to pay for parking, because they don't have parking for you if you stay there. 40 a day. There are far better places to stay for the price. I won't be back.

The most uncomfortable bed i've been in a hotel!
Noisy and view to a parking building room... Too small and with paper thin walls we could hear everything!!!
only worth it for the convenient location and the low room price (150$)

I had a great experience here especially because I booked through a third party discount site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations, got me checked in early and gave me a late check out. I only stayed one night before going to another hotel for a conference , but wish I could have stayed here longer. Room was a little small but I was here alone and that s to be expected when you use those discount sites. Very clean

Nice location but that's about it. Room was very noisy and guests in next room played loud music from 3-4am. Tried calling front desk 4 times but no reply. Had to get dressed and go down in person. Hotel security attempted to contact those noisy guests without success and just gave up. We had no other choice but to get up at 430 am. No apologies or compensation given. Our room was old and dirty. City was loud all night.

Historical quaint hotel with character and charm. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distances to several restaurants, shops and Pikes Place Market on the waterfront.
Rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable. The complimentary wine bar between 5-6 pm is a very nice amenity.

We got a great groupon deal for this hotel and it even came with free parking. We see that it was totally worth it and we got lucky finding the great deal, it's small but updated and effecoent use of space. Extremely friendly, effecient, and respectful staff!

Great location, easy walking distance to multiple attractions. Good staff, always friendly and courteous. The only issue, and it is only an aesthetic one, is that the finish of the room I am in looks like it not well installed. Bathroom is updated modern and nice, good materials, but the fitment of the bathroom door doesn't square up. Beds are comfortable. I would come here again.

Convenient location. Very old school feel. Nice and compact rooms. Essentials are covered but nothing luxurious if you don't need it. Room service is good. Loved the way they used their space. Competitive pricing. Perfect for a weekend where one would spend most of the time sightseeing or hanging out with friends.

If you are allergic to mildew, don't stay here. I was so sick for the two days that I had stayed in this hotel and switched to the Vintage Hotel next door (really nice). The location is great, and the staff is nice, but it's old and dingy. They really need to replace their carpet and I had to prop the broken window open with a garbage can.

Nice hotel with well-appointed if small rooms. Parking is across the street under the BofA building, NOT in the structure next door. If you have any questions or special requests, call ahead and handle them during the day; the night staff who checked me in were nice enough but not very forthcoming with information.

Bathrooms are updated, rooms and lobby are small, hotel staff is friendly. Please note parking is $38 a night and valet only. It's very convenient to have an in-hotel coffee shop; the food and drink is great but service needs improvement.

Centrally located and would stay here again, I'd just bypass a car rental next time because everything is so easy to get to (if you're in Seattle for leisure).

This hotel has the worst service. I've been trying to contact them to get a receipt for my recent stay and they have been hanging up on me. The billing department does not answer my call, the operator hangs up, the reservation department does not help. Apart from the worst service, their elevators weren't working.

So! I just stayed here 3/30 for a night with my Husband. We bought off Groupon (which I don't think I will be doing again). First off, I work in the hotel industry and I see a lot of pros with this company. The ladies at the front counter, particularly Tabitha, man! She is super nice, friendly, and polite! Excellent costumer service skills, and even let us stay parked in the valet after we checked out! There were two men who opened the door for us that day, I really wish I remembered their names. One was bald, and the other had some hairs. Excellent costumer service skills, and wonderful mannerisms those two! That night, we met a nice older (balding?) gentleman who we asked about water (so thirsty). He literally went EVERYWHERE to look for water for us, not being able to turn up with any was a disappointment- but the fact he went through so much to accommodate us meant so much more!

Now about the aesthetics of the hotel. Welcoming entrance, beautiful almost art-deco with a twist of modernism. Beautiful choice of layout and art work. Using keycards for elevators AND the room? How technological! Love it! Hallways, clean and only smelled like farts in some areas but that is fine! Our room? Small, but perfect for 1 night on a poor person budget. Couldn't fit sitting on the toilet very well, had to poop with door between my legs and back bent at a weird angle. Kind of weird and small, but awesome experience none the less. Not used to sleeping with so much city noise either, but that isn't the hotel's problem- thats all those bad drivers out there! The floor looked like there was wear and tear in some areas, to be expected for a high volume busy hotel in the middle of a city. Don't have much to complain about, just a small room is to be expected if you book from a third party website. I work in the hotel business, I should've known better!!!

Great location and service. One could argue that the rooms are a fraction small but when on holidays, most time is spent outside and the room size is not really noticeable or an issue. Building has wonderful character.

This hotel is a joke! All night you can hear ambulance & fire trucks as hospitals close by, the rooms are small & most ( not all ) of the staff very rude! Our flight got cancelled, front desk lamely tried to help & after being guest there, panicked trying to find a room for the night (as they were sold out) for my son & I, we were told we couldn t even sit in the lounge area to keep trying to find somewhere to spend the night because Ricardo said it was time for their wine pouring in that area, even though no one else was there ! Went to Hotel Interurban, like night & day, so kind & professional, large clean rooms, with amazing service! Highly reccomrnend Hotel Interurban over this old place!

Doorman was the only good experience. They put off a perfume bomb before we entered the room which almost made us turn around. No amenities, no customer service at reception, room not ready at check in time.
Worst hotel in Seattle.

Amazing location and great staff. Can tell it is an older building but they've done great updates that still acknowledge the original look. We visited for my husbands birthday and they surprised us on arrival with a birthday greeting message and bottle of wine in our room. Thanks for a great vacay!

The hotel is a bit old feeling and the rooms are a bit small. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet is right next to a wall for my room. The room is still comfortable to me. Additionally the staff are very friendly and helpful.
