Agencies get a hard time and often rightly so, but I ve found James (the owner) and his team to be one of the few exceptions to the rule in the recruitment industry. I I could give no stars I would. Using Harris Global was the worst mistake I ve ever made in over twenty years in business. I used Harris Global to hire a developer for a new mobile project and was promised a professional - instead I ended up with a maverick who hardly ever turned up for work and when he did neither me nor the agency had any control over him. Harris Global did not take references on this guy and his technical competency was nowhere near that detailed on his CV. This bloke would turn up for work drunk and wander off site for hours on end. Not only that but he was rude and aggressive to customers and other staff. Ultimately I had to sack him and get a professional in to redo the work. Absolutely awful. Do not use.
