Had an application interview The first question was how long have you been in the Netherlands this DRH. Complaints are not taken seriously. Go back to the supplier is their only answer.

Unfortunately I can only advise against Excluton. After several contact with Excluton customer service, I unfortunately have to conclude that customer satisfaction is very small within this organization. The delivered terrace paving (110m2 - 120x60) has become as crooked as bananas over time, 1.5 cm and more. And Excluton in all forms refuses to take responsibility for this. We are now left with the misery and will of necessity have to call in a lawyer since Excluton customer service is not willing to listen to our story. They blame everything on the selling in-between party that does not respond either! Really too outrageous for words that Excluton abandons its customers like that. I will therefore warn people about the practices in as many ways as possible.

Excluton takes complaints seriously, we only ask you to follow the correct path legally and to place the complaint at the company where you purchased our product.
If the relevant Excluton dealer is of the opinion that the complaint is justified and it does not concern normal wear and tear, processing or use damage, he will submit this to us with all relevant information, after which our after-sales manager will assess the complaint and possibly resolve it.

After 3 times indicated that the selling party does not respond, they remain at the above point of view. They keep stupid and don't respond to the well-founded complaint.

Super service and very flexible and quick with planning! If you give them a call anything is possible.

Never again. Delivery time remains a mystery. Do not respond to inquiries and refer to the dealer. But if the dealer does not receive information from excluton, then that is of no use to you. Waiting for 1.5 months for delivery. Drama. Quality also leaves something to be desired. Stacking blocks often differ in size so that you do not get a tight whole. My front yard is made of MBI stones. I am satisfied with that.

Order placed at Gadero, apparently forgot to pass the order to their supplier ... Called Friday afternoon that we expect the tiles Tuesday otherwise we were stuck. The person on logisitek (Thomas) made a call and arranged everything that the tiles arrived at 6 am. (Monday public holiday).

Purchased via Hornbach on Sunday morning already neatly delivered.
Nothing but credits for the driver. He called a day in advance to coordinate a time. He wanted to be early because of the city center. This suited my work so that I could be there at 6:30 in the morning. Also neatly placed in the desired place, which was quite difficult. All in all, extremely satisfied

Complaints will not be processed.
Motto Excluton, complaints do not exist a problem is only a problem if you make it into a problem yourself.

Never buy tiles of this brand, you do not know what you can expect from the quality, a few tiles after a few rains pop green and the rest do not. See pictures. 60plus soft comfort expensive tiles! This is exactly how it should be according to excluton and cannot expect anything to be done with this complaint. This company is very full of itself, but don't let it get you wrong with faulty tiles. To be continued.

What a bunch of crooks. We also pave the garden for thousands of euros in December 2020 and after 2 months it looks bad. Just stains and scratches. Should not be allowed with the protective layer that was on it. The supplier has sought redress from this manufacturer but does not give any guarantee. Never order tiles here because you will really regret it.

Very bad service. We bought a concrete tile from Excluton through schoehuys! 29 euros per m2 or 3000 euros. We already received a bad delivery with factory defects, then received new ones (alarm bells should have gone off then, but unfortunately) After some rain, the top layer is simply off and the tiles are smeared from laying! Our road worker has used rubber knee pads and a rubber hammer, for such an expensive tile that should be possible and there is nothing about it in the protocol to be treated! Everything is done properly. After a few months they no longer have a top layer and then not even to talk about the brittleness and chipped edges / corners, we are sitting with terrible tiles on our terrace from our long saved money, first complaints submitted to schoehuys who mail it to excluton with in response, no warranty on outside tiles too bad and this was due to normal use, excuse me ?? After a few months in the winter ??? Hardly walked on dude, call again to schoehuys again
Mail that way that they should come and have a look and shamelessly tell us that this is normal, mail back that they will not come by. They should be so ashamed that they let people down like that. I also don't believe that someone has no rights at all and is left with nothing at all with only frustration. We are now going to call in our legal aid and challenge this mess. If we had known this, we would have taken 10 per m2 more ceramic and never opted for this. No service, they do nothing with complaints and certainly do not come up with a solution! Scandalous company!

50 m2 of tiles purchased from excluton type Fuego silver, with so-called 5 stars for dirt-resistant acc. To excluton itself.
After purchase, every drop of water ice, biscuit or whatever, turned out to leave stains that never go out again.
I had a very arrogant representative on the floor who thought it was not too bad, I shouldn't put up any planters, no swimming pool, no eating in the garden blah blah .. in short, beautiful tiles, but only for decoration!
Fortunately, the garden supplier realized that it is an expensive shitty product and I was able to return this mess.

Quality leaves a lot to be desired. Communication with Excluton is very difficult, they hide behind their dealer.

To start my story I would like to make it clear that I am a happy 20s and not a sour 50s who kicks everything but:

Order concrete tiles in 2016 for + 1100.-. the discolouration was already visible in 2017 and in 2018 we were left with no more than a sidewalk tile of 60x60. SIERtegel was no longer enthusiastic.
Neatly indicated to the stone farmer who forwarded the complaint to Excluton. The representative came to have a look and did not dare to say too much about it. Except that he 'didn't necessarily think it was ugly' (so I don't care).

Complaint handling (insofar as we can talk about handling): cannot be complained since you have a 6-month warranty on the product.

It was admitted that everything that would make it an ORNAMENT tile had run out of the tile.
They did not even dare to deal with the transaction directly with the customer, but went to the intermediary by e-mail, who instructed them to discuss this with the customer.

We will now start the further process as 1.5 years of quality for a garden tile DEFINITELY does not meet the expected deadlines. This is going to be an expensive one for them.

Bought via Hornbach; umber tiles. Seen brown on the spot with some yellow nuances. Online on the site of both Hornbach and excluton idem.
On delivery it turns out to be a hodgepodge of various tiles. Does not look at all like the pictures. From 95% red-brown without stripes to 98% yellow without stripes. If there are 20% tiles that are a bit close to the 9 tiles in the photos on the site, it is a lot.
According to excluton, these are nuance differences from production batches. Production manager is not capable or very blind. (Or both)

Be careful with this company. Choose a brand that does have quality controls and does not have a lot of straightness which is very crooked !!

Slimbestraten.nl has made a series of mistakes (my own observation), Excluton, however, puts its hand in its own bosom and openly explains what went wrong with them.

She also pointed out what the options were and afterwards, with good thinking, the problem was solved well for me as a customer.

Would order directly from Excluton next time!
