Unfortunately I can only advise against Excluton. After several contact with Excluton customer service, I unfortunately have to conclude that customer satisfaction is very small within this organization. The delivered terrace paving (110m2 - 120x60) has become as crooked as bananas over time, 1.5 cm and more. And Excluton in all forms refuses to take responsibility for this. We are now left with the misery and will of necessity have to call in a lawyer since Excluton customer service is not willing to listen to our story. They blame everything on the selling in-between party that does not respond either! Really too outrageous for words that Excluton abandons its customers like that. I will therefore warn people about the practices in as many ways as possible.

Response from Exclution;

Excluton takes complaints seriously, we only ask you to follow the correct path legally and to place the complaint at the company where you purchased our product.
If the relevant Excluton dealer is of the opinion that the complaint is justified and it does not concern normal wear and tear, processing or use damage, he will submit this to us with all relevant information, after which our after-sales manager will assess the complaint and possibly resolve it.

After 3 times indicated that the selling party does not respond, they remain at the above point of view. They keep stupid and don't respond to the well-founded complaint.
