Colombo Dock. Very humble people. Very cool and professional. The best part is all of them speak good English and you make friends while working. dock is not much spacious but we'll managed. Very much close to the main city and galle face beach. you don't get bored and walk out in the evening to freshen yourself. Auto and Uber taxi both are available and in low cost.
