I am not a coffee aficionado by any stretch, but Exchange Co is the real deal! Couple their coffee with any of their baked goods or their amazing crepes and you are in for a real treat. Their relaxed atmosphere is a welcomed respite in this day and time of all the crazy going on in the world! Food is great! Atmosphere is amazing! The staff is outstanding!

Had an iced chai tea and it was good! A little too much milk for me but I wasn t ready for a coffee at that time of day. I would definitely go back for their coffee to try it, though!

The decor was very comfortable with couches and small tables scattered for reading, meetings, or studying. I only saw a few pastries out but I suspect they have food ready to be made in the kitchen. Will definitely return!

The coffee is pretty good, not great. The service is pretty good but has trouble keeping up with the number of customers. But the food is excellent. I recommend a cinnamon roll or crepes.

Only 2nd time going since my out-of-town friend (here for March Madness @ the Bon Secours Arena) introduced me to the Exchange Company. OMG, I haven't tasted crepes this good since my French mother made them for me as a kid (b/c of my mama's pigeon English, I thought crepes were pancakes until I spent the night at a friend's house and her mom made us real U.S.ofA. pancakes. I quickly learned the difference. As far as the Exchange Co. goes, I really love the crepes, coffee and ambiance. In fact in this visit, I introduced my hubby to ECC and he loved it. We even brought home some of the bakery delights to have later on. Definitely will be going back again and again, I'm afraid. Y'all keep up the good work. And, PS: their street is a plethora of shops and restaurants that I can't wait to get to know! Thanks, Jane, for coming to my neck of the woods from Bmore & introducing me to ECC! 8^)

Just moved here 2 months ago and been here 3 times and it's absolutely amazing. The coffee is perfect and the food is perfect. And they offer gluten free which is rare. Highly suggest going here. For sure the best coffee I ever had.

The Exchange companies crepes are to die for. Strawberry banana Nutella is a favorites. Also some of the best coffee you will find in the upstate. Be sure to look at the local Arts on display as well. Can't go wrong with this local hole in the wall

Great atmosphere, historic downtown location. Amazing allergy friendly options from gluten and dairy free to eggless options as well. Coffee shop is not a description that does it justice. Crepes and biscuits are so delicious. Great for families and groups.

Have been to the coffee exchange many times but since Covid hit I think these people need to be very careful here; stopped in there this morning for a coffee and a cinnamon roll and seriously there was like 25 or 30 people inside elbow to elbow hardly anyone wearing a mask I don t think so ... they need to get it together!

Great place to meet up and have a freshly made latte or espresso. Lots of tables and couches to spread out and have a business meeting. Cool atmosphere with the exposed rafters and brick gives it a real old time feel.
So much better dealing with a local company than the big chain shops. Swing by Exchange Co. and give them a try. Vanilla Latte is the best.

They make the best gluten-free or dairy-free baked goods, even if you aren t following a gf/DF diet. You don t feel like you re compromising taste or texture. They label allergens which I appreciate as a food allergy family. Their regular baked goods and crepes are fantastic as well. I love getting a Chai Latte with Lavender. The Masked Avengers need to stop leaving bad reviews on small businesses about what customers are doing or not doing.

I have been here twice. It is better to go during off hours because there is limited seating and it can get really busy. Their coffee is not the best I've ever had, but it is still pretty good. I like how you can get unique syrups, like lavender, in your drink. Their crepes are to die for, and their customer service is really great too.

Had lunch today at Exchange Co. Coffe. It is a very nice place with warm atmosphere. The food was very good. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch bowl. The service is great and they know their coffee. They have plenty to offer serving both Coffe and coffee related drinks, and assorted pastries. They also provide free wifi if you need to access the internet. A great local place to try!

Quintessential eccletic coffee house. The coffee menu is wonderfully extensive. I haven't seen a place offer Cuban coffee outside of Florida. House made syrups and pastries by a baker who knows what they are doing. Only in town for a short visit, but will be back.

First time here and enjoyed the visit, it s first come first serve for seating, bakery items looked good, we opted for the Nutella crepes and veggie crepes, very tasty, just be careful when you eat anything placed on the paper, it ripped easily and pretty sure we ate some, atmosphere was nice and loved the set up of the inside!

Unbelievable! I have a very limited diet but totally remember why we have taste buds! The strawberry cheesecake crepe was incredibly delicious, perfect texture. The breakfast bowl had complicated flavors that made every bite a treat. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. I love the atmosphere and that a portion of proceeds go to support adoption and foster care. This will be a new fave even though I'll have to drive over an hour to get back. Fantastic!

This small-town coffee shop will quickly become a favorite. The gluten free crepes and baked goods are made with excellent ingredients and taste heavenly. They have an impressive variety of coffee items. You must check out the cafe con leche and cinnamon roll crepe for breakfast and the honey vanilla late and Cuban sandwich crepe for lunch!! I hope this place is around for a very long time!

I LOVE their atmosphere, wood, exposed brick & handmade at by a local artist. The girls that work there are sweet. But I also love their sweet crepes. I usually get the Nutella & Banana and then add almonds for some added crunch. I've also had the fresh berries crepe & it too is quite good.

Exchange Co. Has delicious coffee and some surprisingly good dishes in a nice quiet space that captures the old building it is in well. I had the Mocha Cafe Con Leche which was had the sweet mocha and espresso mix perfectly. I also had a Chorizo Breakfast Bowl, chorizo sausage with eggs and cheese topped with some greens, which I ate all of! If you are in Simpsonville and need/want some great coffee and good food, try Exchange Co!

Great atmosphere to enjoy coffee with others. I only drink black coffee so can't speak for all else they serve, but it looks and smells delicious! I like the authenticity of the place and the friendly staff. Going here is becoming a weekly or biweekly event. Recommended.

Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Nobody coming in was wearing a mask or being asked to. I found that to be selfishly insensitive to the rest of us wearing one. The table were dirty, the entrance doors are nasty and the cases that they hold pastries in were empty. The pastries were just all over the counter. The chorizo bowl and Nutella crepe were good but I gave it a one because overall the atmosphere sucked. The service sucked.
