This company solicited us by implying they are testing water with the city. I am so glad I researched this company before I fell for this scam. There is nothing wrong with our water, and all problems we have with our water will be handled by the City of Houston, not this company that deceptively solicits as they do.
What a great company! A Professional and customer centric company that's there for you. I have had a handful of very positive experiences with them. They will help you with a new system or fix / upgrade your existing softening system. They're honest and stand by their work.
I just want to say thank you so much to the people at Everwell. You have given me amazing water. Everwell took the time to show my family how our bad water was affecting the appliances in our home and how it can affect our skin and clothes. My wife and I can now bath our eight month old every night without giving my little boy skin irritations. My wife and I didn't realize that we could get a top of the line water treatment system and still save money through Everwell's water promotions. If you haven't had Everwell come test your water, you should!
In my opinion The Puronics Water Systems are by far the greatest water purifiers on the market-in fact, I do not believe any other system can even come close to the quality of this product out of the many I have researched.
Secondly, I believe the owner of this distributorship(Kevin Kutter) to be an upstanding-God Fearing Man-facing great challenges in order to help the many people whose water is going to eventually make them sick and possibly die in the near future from the impurities flowing into their homes. I believe Kevin under the direction of Almighty God has put his finances and belief in the system on the line in order to save our people.
Behind every great man there is a great woman-as it has been said-and Kevin's Wife is one of the most Elegant and Wonderful of all of the women I have ever met. I worked for them for a short while and it was one of the greatest and most fun experiences I have ever had. People are amazed when the test is performed before their eyes and cannot believe just how bad it really is when it becomes crystal clear to them-that in most cases-the water flowing into their homes is so full of impurities and chemicals which not only make the water taste bad and cause clear wine glasses to turn white; toilet bowls to have rings, but is also rough and rigid to the skin and hair of a human being. And it certainly will not improve anyone's health.
It terrifies me to think that some terrorist could easily slip a couple of drops of a poison into a water system. I would recommend this product to anyone since it filters out Chlorine, chemicals, odors and softens the water to perfection. Not to mention, especially since they also have a system which provides all of the bottled water anyone could ask for.
When they get their new lead system in place, a salesperson working for this company will prosper. Way to go, Everwell-keep it up.
We live in an age when our power could be knocked out, our computers and phones could fail-but we are made of at least 70% water-and you would be surprised how fast chemicals absorb into the skin out of water you bathe, wash your hands with, clean your dishes and wash your clothes. The greatest thing about this deal is people are already paying for it and don't even realize it. I predict that Everwell Water will soon become one of the most popular companies in the Houston Area.
We have had our system from Everwell for around 5 years. We have never had any issues and when it was time for maintenance, they were just a phone call away. Highly professional company, very reliable softener system, knowledgeable and friendly staff and ownership. We are beyond pleased and highly recommend.
Finally we no longer need bottled water! I have never tasted better water, and feel comfortable that there are no longer water safety concerns . An added benefit is my hair is so much shinier and my skin less dry! Highly recommended!

The right service tech who is a true representative of the company and does the job thoroughly makes all the difference in the world. There are three people from this company that I would like to recognize. First, Amanda who listened to my concerns as I explained my frustration. The next is Austin, who was the service technician that came out and did a great job of walking us through all the testing. He provided explanations through every step of the service process and replacement of the media that filters the water. I appreciate that he took the time to also answer my multitude of questions that helped me to get a complete understanding of how the system fully works. Most importantly, I appreciate his explanation of how to read the system and what to look for that might be a concern. Both Amanda and Austin are an asset to Everwell Inc. and I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for their patience and work ethic. Last I want to thank the owner, Kevin who responded to my first review with an explanation of what should have happened and why it should have happened in those steps. The biggest thing I want anyone who is reading this to know is...Before putting in the Puronics system through Everwell, our water at home was "horrid," it was so bad my stomach hurt if I drank from the tap, our water was so hard it ruined our water heater within four years and we had calcium and lime deposits ruining our showers, sinks and toilets. This system saved our plumbing system by softening the water and filtering out the particulates that made the water undrinkable. Since putting in the system, everything has been great. We do not need to buy bottled water, because the water we have now taste great. So thank you Everwell and Everwell staff, especially those I have mentioned.

So it's been twelve years since we build our home, and our watersofner had gone bad. Kevin came out and looked at ! tried to repair it, which was a no go..anyway we received a new one. They got here and in no time it was installed..what a professional job they did..and looks nice. I would definitely give these guys a try! thanks EVERWELL!

The company was contacted to perform a maintenance service. The set up of the appointment was easy and fast, the technician show up next day to perform a assessment of the unit, once the diagnostic was done and communicated, they advise to change the charcoal media of the filter on the next 30 to 60 days. To do so I had to schedule another visit for the technician to perform the work. Again setting up the appointment was fast an easy. When the technician performed the work he answer every question that I have and walked me through all the process.

This company wants entry to your home. They are sleazy solicitors trying to sell you their water filtration system. They will leave a notification on your door along with a test tube offering free water testing. Most homeowners believe they are with the city. They are not! They cross private property boundaries to post their "notification ". Their company name isnt even on the form. When i called the number on the form and told them if i see anyone from their company on our property again ill have them arrested for tresspassing. She hung on me.....so i called her back and asked why she hung up on me. She said we must have been disconnected. Seriously? I gave her the name of our subdivision and emphasized ir would be un their best interest to stay away from our property.

Moved into our house and dealt with hard water for years. Once getting the unit from Everwell installed our the water in our home is completely different. First off, I love drinking the water from the faucet, our dishes are cleaner coming out of dishwasher, our skin is softer and smoother from showers and baths. Every house I live in I'll have a unit from Everwell.

Scam, leaves yellow slip and test tube on door making you think City/County/Mud is testing the water. However, it's just a way for them to get your sample and try to sell you stuff. Avoid unless your wanting services of these people. Aren't affiliated with local government or Health Dept.
I ve had the water system ( Puronics) for a year and half and we love it , we also had a little issue with our reverse osmosis system but I contacted everwell and they response right away and took care of the problem , their technicians are very professional , thanks to Steven for figuring out the problem!!. ..
We were so incredibly pleased with our system in our first house that we had a brand new system installed at our new house before we moved in! The water is amazing! Our skin is softer, hair is silkier and my favorite part is that I can literally fill up a cup of water at any faucet and it tastes great!

The flyers that are left for homeowners to fill out and leave samples of their water for testing, clearly states that they are not affiliated with city or county departments. They are simply showing homeowners how to achieve good Wonderful water to drink, cook, and bathe with.
I have known the owners for many years, and they are by far two of the most helpful people I know. They are always out to make everyone happy or at least try. They treat everyone as family, and want everyone to be happy and pleased. They want everyone to have great water and try do the best in making that happen. They are honest in all they do. I would recommend them to anyone and I have been in the water business for many years.

Dammit, apparently I just fell for the scam this "company" perpetrates. I was left a stupid bag with a test tube and flier stating it was for neighborhood water testing taped to the garage of my home. No indication who it was from even. The company name didn't even appear on the flier nor any indication that this sample was in order to sell you something. Now that I look back I should have known better. There were no markings indicating it was from the City Water supplier or their contract water maintenance people (Severn Trent). This sleazy company then proceeds to bomb your phone with solicitations. Avoid this scam! Don't fill out random information on your home. The city already knows who you are and where you live. The city doesn't need to get into your home to test the water they provide you. They don't need your personal information. I feel like a complete idiot for falling for this scam.
