JUUL kit gave me severe chest pains (I have never experienced chest pains in my life before that) and kit was leaking and I was told I am not entitled for a replacement or refund. Disgusting customer service.

Very satisfied with the service. I initially bought a vape kit from them 2 months ago. It ended up developing a fault last week and was tested and replaced within a week, with good customer service and communication throughout. Overall a very good experience and product range - would recommend.
day 4 and still waiting for my delivery i live in essex witch isn't that far, and their 10% discount on your first order dose not work, why promote it if there is no way to claim it, will be going else were from now on
Great customer service had trouble using the website and phoned instead, the guy was very helpful. Emailed customer service to check on delivery date as i was going away. Wesley responded quickly and with the details. Very happy!
Helpful and friendly, I had a problem with the bottles of vape oil, I complained and was contacted by the company who immediately sent me out my order again for free. I always buy the 50/50 blueberry juice flavour.

A year ago It was more of a chore purchasing from the store as you had no other choice and if you needed something you had to go there.
With the new management and team in place, customer service is so much more efficient and more welcoming. I always try to be served by Eric, he will give you honest help and is always friendly. Whatever problem I've had from maintenance with my vape or just picking new liquids he always goes above and beyond to help. I always recommend Eric when I send friends to the shop.
Ordered online, package received and contents had split due to being poorly packaged, a disgusting mess trying to clean and salvage what there was, Matt in customer service - well not a great experience to say the least.
You would think that being a renowned chain store that they would be knowledgable and helpful, but they literally just want to charge you more money and hurry you out of the shop. One particular guy was extremely rude and literally had no interest in helping me. I went around the corner to VapER and the guys were amazing!
Today me and my mother went to the white lion walk, Guildford branch and we were served by a man called Eric who was very welcoming from the start and made the whole experience easy and a good laugh. We would both Definitely recommend.
Despite the pandemic and everything that's been happening, Vapouriz have been fantastic with orders and shipping, I've ordered three times in 6 weeks and received my order on time and the quality of the product it top notch. Highly recommend.
Normally good, however after paying for 1-2 day delivery, one week later still no sign of them and they even claim to have sent a repeat order next day delivery (that's not here either). Wouldn't waste your time.
Have to admit I had a problem with a faulty charging point on my MOD. After raising this with Vaporiz Customer Services I was contacted by Jemma who was extreamly helpful and quick in sorting out the problem. I will definatly be returning to Vapouriz for furture purchases. Excellent service and I urge Vapourize to not let Jemma go, excellent customer service.
Absolutely AWFUL company. My Fuse 650 malfunctioned and severely burnt my hand. (I'd post pictures here if I could if so you could see how bad it was) I hadn't even pressed the on button, I literally just picked it up to move it to another surface and when I picked it up it was red hot. I had to wrap it in a tea towel and throw it in the garden as it continued to get hotter. It genuinely seemed as if it was going to explode and it may well have done if I hadn't have thrown it out into the rain.
I spoke to their customer service department and they basically told me it was my fault for charging it once with a wall charger. I asked them where on their website it said not to use a wall charger, they told me it didn't, it was in the small print in the booklet provided on recommended chargers. I asked them if there was a warning on what could happen if a wall charger was used, they said no.
The burn was so severe I was off work for two days (my job involves a lot of work with my hands) and Vaporiz didn't care even remotely.
On my second complaint the 'warning' magically appeared in their T's & C's (it wasn't there before and I have screen shots of their website to prove it)
If your item can become that dangerous with ONE charge on a plugged in charger there NEEDS to be a proper warning. Imagine if there had been little ones around and they'd touched the battery. It makes me feel sick to think about.
Dangerous product and thouroughly rude and unhelpful customer services. I'm left with a horrible scar. Disgraceful.
I called today to place my first order and a very pleasant chap called Ben couldn t be more helpful. I needed advice which he gave without hesitation and the whole order was taken without a fuss. I m a very happy chap so far, let s see if the order arrives in the 24hours that I paid extra for. I ll definitely shop here again.
I went to Vapouriz with an old vape given to me by a friend with no idea how to use it, I was served by Tom and Henry, they could have easily duped me into buying all new equipment but they were so kind and helped me fix the old one up. Very patient and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I had to go in at a later date for more advice and was served by Eric who was also fantastic. Will be going back.
Had to phone and cancel an order and ask for a refund from them. They said they could stop the order as it was still processing and agreed to a refund. However, they still sent me the product and still charged me. The person on the phone sounded very knowledgable and friendly so am very disappointed in them. Won t be using this company in the future.
