Don't touch with a barge pole. Don't even enquire about them doing work. Disgraceful company.

Terrible company to deal with. Caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage and refuse to pay compensation. 3 day job by their own estimation has taken over 10 weeks and still not finished! Cowboys is too nice a term to describe them!

if this company is in your street get CCTV to protect your property they stole from the old man next to me they cut up his hose and stole his attachment to his outside tap they also stole property of mine and when speaking to a woman at there main office i get told its not stealing its borrowing also when you confront there workers they start to claim i don't speak English

After 4 months of difficulty and waiting we've finally got heating and hot water.

Review adjusted from 1 to 3 stars because of the boys who came and did the job,professional, friendly,hardworking and courteous throughout.

Rather disappointed so far. They aren't taking up Green homes quote requests and are pretty slow in getting around to doing a technical survey. Will revise the rating if I see any signs of life from the company.

Just had external insulation done on the house by this firm. They have left scaffolding in my disabled bay for the last 7 days forcing me to park on another street, they have also broken my LMB on my satellite dish. Broken my washing line. No drainpipe fitted to the house which makes a racket when raining, and the finishing around my front door looks as though it was thrown on and looks an absolute mess. The gardens and street looks a mess with building debris everywhere even though they claim to have cleaned up. Large screws scattered everywhere making them a hazard to children playing in the street and local pets, Not to mention a possible hazard to drivers and punctured tyres ...

Also found out that a terraced house similar to mine 3 miles away was done for 30% less and that included facia and guttering...humph

This company is presently doing outside cladding work in our estate (I presume its a Scottish Gov. contract). There must be about 20 houses with scaffold erected around them, but only 3 guys on site. I can't say working on site because I haven't seen them do anything since they arrived after 10 am and its now 4pm. They did take some sheets of cladding off a van, but are now having to rest, and get back on their phones. Winter will be past before the job is finished.

I am delighted with Everwarm. They had quite a big task on their hands with my house as I had new heating, bathroom and kitchen but they took it all in their stride. The guys were polite, hard working and punctual. There was a big hiccup with my kitchen but after every one got together to discuss the mishap everything was sorted out right away. I can,t believe the difference in my kitchen its beautiful. I feel very lucky. Thanks guys you were all great. A special thanks to Dianne Macfarlane and Chris the plumber they were amazing so helpful. The only thing now is I miss them all so much. Thank you all.

Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. I am getting external wall insulation installed and there have been several issues none of which have been rectified. And when you speak to anyone from the company they just fob you off. Wouldn't go near this company ever again.

Would Not recommend them.they don't take care of your property. Had to keep getting in touch with company headquarters to get things done they start the work then disappear for weeks before they resume the work.but once was finally finished we notice a difference. But just no organisation about them

I contacted everwarm twice via e mail about their cold callers nothing not a thing back I am now seeking legal advice also commenting on facebook also twitter as I found them totally unresponsive via e mail perhaps another will suffice.I had phone call explained husband dealt with any inquiries and to call back when he was home now being disabled I have a notice on my door saying no cold calling please do not disturb as it is painful for me to walk,well withing 20 minutes who showed up at my door you guessed it the cold callers I answered on the phone. I was so angry,they ignored me right from the start as for a big company like yours it's shocking how you respect future custom.So look out for more comments as I have said heres goes twitter and facebook

We have just had heating installed and other energy saving measures. I can only say that everyone we came into contact with both on the phone and in person have been a pleasure to deal with. Fitters did a fantastic job and left the house in very good order. Lots of follow up to make sure all went well.

Absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. The guys Tony and Paul from Glasgow branch were efficient, clean, tidy safety concious and all work done to a very high standard. Can't believe how neat and tidy the system is and they left no rubbish what's so ever. Brilliant work guys

ZERO STARS. Contractual work carried out to the worst standard. Roof stripped bare for 3 weeks exposed to rough weather with no precautions or safe system of work put in place. See attached photos. Catastrophic work.

I was a bit dubious having read some other Everwarm reviews but I had to get cavity wall insulation as a fire break between 2 flats that had formally been one commercial building and Everwarm were the only company in the area. My first meeting was with the surveyor who spent 3/4 hours with us. He was thorough and professional and what's more, quoted us price well below what we had been expecting. Within 2 weeks the work was done by 2 engineers who arrived exactly on time and grafted all day in horrible wintry conditions. They were polite and friendly. They spoke to the neighbours to let them know what was happening and made a good job of cleaning up at the end of the process. I couldn't have asked for more. Well done Everwarm.

Glaswegian Cowboys through and through. They broke my gas box when working on my neighbours house and FILLED my house with DANGEROUS generator fumes through an AIR vent. Now they are denying responsibility for their damage and telling me the Fumes from the generator weren t DANGEROUS.

We initially had reservations after reading some silly reviews however when the team turned up and went through what was going to happen it put our mind at rest, the team we met were outstanding and very professional.

They informed us that the work was likely to last until 6pm however my wife who was shopping received a call at 3.30pm saying it was now complete and could she come back to the property to check the work, I was closer and I went home instead.

The work was well done, the house was immaculate and I can say the work was outstanding and the team went above and beyond what we expected

Excelent job. They even done the job one day earlier. Quick, efficient for a boiler and radiators replacement job. Very well organized including roof work for the chimney, builder, electrician everything more than ok. The contracted electrician, Deny, done an awesome job too. Receptionist, great. What a company the transform of my bathroom is unbelievable a first rate job , l know where to go to for anything else that l need .

they are renovating council houses in Banff.....4 weeks later & not even finished....wont even turn up some days so still bloody waiting...........i hate them !!
UPDATE-now into 7th week & still no sign of this nightmare ending.
they have destroyed everything that i personalised in my kithchen & bathroom....the bathroom is horrendous !!!!
i really feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with these ROGUE TRADERS.

Well I'd just like to share our sheer delight with our experience of this company and its friendly helpful staff from reception to electricians and installers we had a new Central heating system and immersion installed and solar panels installed and we had Rhys and his pals do the heating and two amazing lads on Wednesday the 4th march 2020 X

This compant fitted Wall Insulation to my house in Yoker in December 2018.
The staff of this company were found to be very well mannered and polite. The work they done was first class and finished on time. They left my garden and driveway spotless. The site manager, William, was great to deal with and explained the full process of the works and was round every day checking the progress. I would recommend this company to anyone needing Insulation.

Can't praise them enough! Office staff efficient, Installation guys punctual, polite and very capable leaving me with a first class job. Thanks to all of you.

Awful awful awful. Left with NO electricity. NO hot water and NO heating for days. Work done was terrible and all electric wired wrong. Joiner work in terrible state.

Had boiler and radiators fitter by Everwarm who were contracted by Warmer Homes Scotland my house was left damaged and broken. Emergency plumber called out at least 6 times within 10 days of work being done. Between everwarm and warmer homes scotland there is little in fact no customer care and no communication between them stress I endured in this time nearly caused me to be in hospital if I could have given 0 rating I would have work carried out on the 8th February and I'm still waiting for a call from them please be aware of this company they don't about the customer only the money photos were taken and sent to both companies.

Engineer disappeared after doing survey. No quote ever received. Head office could not contact him and were no help.

Gave up and did the job myself for virtually nothing instead of spending Christmas doing fun things with family.

They dont even deserve one star! Absolute joke of a company. Had nothing but problems since day one. Because it's our neighbours who are getting the work done the staff are rude to us. Completely destroyed our newly done garden, left a mess everywhere. No notice of work they just rocked up and chopped down our fence so they could fit the scaffolding. We cant let our dogs into the back garden because they just turn up and any point of the day with no notice and we have a big hole in our fence!! From what I can see the work they have done is rubbish. No point in complaining the staff are rude, dismissive and completely obnoxious. Avoid them at all costs!

I've had my house cavity wall insulated about month ago during the bad weather they haven't finished one of the walls. Few phone calls later I'm still waiting for them to come back and the weather is great for last two weeks....

How they have left my property tonight. DANGEROUS.. 5mths and work horrific avoid . Not put safety back onto scaffold steps just left lying as pic shows.. every saftey rule broken left like this every single day any work done tonight called liason showed pics reply was office closed will let site manager know in morning. Sent to him at 16.39. So left over night with no lights as they removed them in june b4 scaffold went up. Now december. Garden destroyed have daily photos. X many more like this.x Neihbour share tunnel if they come out off gate will be right on top as no light who is responsible if an accident.??

Worst company I have ever encountered, 4 weeks with no roof, water damage throughout my home, caused so much stress caused health issues, lawyer is now involved. Didn't get past the phoning stage for a quote. Called three times in a week, no calls back (on one of the calls they claimed not to have even got my details even though these were provided each time!). Clearly they are very busy - but impolite not to even call back - very poor service

If I could give 0 stars I would! What an absolute mess these people have left! They emptied my daughters toy tub to use to collect waste water! They left screws lying all over my home! They left a window wide open upstairs its lucky I got to it before my young children! They caused a leak through my bedroom ceiling and have left me with no gas or hot water! My bath and sink are filthy! They broke a shelf in my cupboard. And have not fixed or came back to clean any of this! I am still awaiting an electrician to appear on day 2!

House done to a good standard but destroyed my grass front and back garden and several fences broke and when repaired a mess with broken wood and holes very disappointed as was told everything would go back to normal will have to spend a lot of money to get my garden back to normal

what a joke they are turning out to be. they ignore emails and i have spoken to 3 different members of staff 9-12 times, each time they have promised me that a engineer will be out to fix the external light over a 6 month period.I have had it with this company. Boiler replaced - dual system - central heating radiators and underfloor heating. As soon as I started to use, underfloor heating just not functioning. Despite having a warranty which stated Everwarm inspected my system prior to installation and replacement would be compatible and giving an installation warranty, they are now side stepping their responsibilities and saying they don't do underfloor heating.
This company must be getting millions from the Scottish Government under terms of warmer homes Scotland scheme yet blatantly renege on their installation warranty.

Left terrible mess inside house. . Said he was going out to van for wipes and Hoover but hitched compressor up and drove away! ! They have broken neighbours garden furniture and devastated his garden

Just had my bathroom done ( through housing association) what can I say ? FABULOUS SUPERB. The guys came on the Monday morning, on time in fact they sat out in vans until 8am on the button , really great team . Easy to talk to , great with explaining things , tided up each day and the finished job is way above my expectations. I don t have any complaints, this team were helpful went above and beyond and left a remarkable job . I showed pictures of finished wet room to my friends and they all agree fantastic job . Really big Thankyou to all that were involved. You have a very happy customer. Can t remark on value as H/A dealt with that , but if I had it would be 10/10 .

Everwarm were contracted to fit my daughters bathroom by her Housing Association. Sharon who made all the arrangements by telephone was professional, polite,efficient and had excellent communications with me . The men , Sean and his colleague were on time, tidy and did an excellent job. They too were good at communicating with me and I would highly recommend this company.

Signed up to insulation through a Council Approved funding scheme. Evergreen have been contracted to do the work. Nearly a year behind the original start date, communication is poor, especially the illusive Site Manager .

Thank god we only had to contribute to the cost of their service.

Called 4 times and each time promised to get back. Nothing.

Had two doors replaced earlier this year . Clean and tidy no probs at all

Just had our heating system changed recently. Couldn't be happier! Guys were very punctual, professional and really really helpful. The only thing I can say is a big Thank You!!

Took a day off for their guy to complete a survey for cavity wall insulation. He mentioned they would need scaffolding to get above the extension at the rear. The work and cost was agreed then and there and I was given installation dates.

A few weeks later I got a call from the installer who said he couldn't get up the side of the house due to the garage. I asked him about scaffolding: turns out none was ever arranged.

Queue another 2 months, a few more supposed supervisor visits and a load of unreturned calls, and I'm still no further forward.

Kitchen/bathroom refurb. Guys not turning up when told they would, house left in a terrible state for weeks, paint on carpet, carpets not properly reaffixed after work "apparently" finished, bath fixtures loose, decoration shoddy (looks like a jigsaw in some places), inefficient communication from office. Can't say I'm totally impressed but I suppose what they've done will have to do for now. Would not recommend.

Phoned for a quote 6 days ago and no one has bothered to call me back not the best customer service

Not even a customer and they cause problems...
My next door neighbour had them come to insulate their property.
They removed the original insulation and in the process covered my garden, washing, car and inside my house including my dog with it. I spent my lunchhour ( and longer) consoling my dog and trying to clear what I could (after taking photos).
I complained and eventually a guy came round and was going to seal around my windows... I'm still waiting, my texts are going unanswered, a very uncaring company.

Prompt and Quality Service at Reasonable prices. Installation staff were found professional, well mannered and did an ace job.

Photos uploaded aren't half the problem I've had with this company. Scaffolding has been up for 7 months and counting. This is the SECOND time they've rough casted my house after taking further action with their management, and these are the results of their botched second job.

I paid upfront for this - extra for a porch that they forgot to do with the rest of the house, so colour matches between the walls are like night and day.

I'm not seeing a refund in my future..

The stress this has caused is unbelievable. To come home every night to this state just to get empty promises from a company that couldn't care less.

I would advise anyone to stay clear of this group.

From start to finish I received a first class service. The office staff where helpful and informative and the guys that came to my home where courteous and tidied up after themselves. Thank you again @Everwarm

after 18 months the guttering split,when I called them was told it only had a years guarantee

Had my boiler put in by these guys last Nov. Attitude from the guys, one guy in particular, was shocking. He told me to leave my house and he would phone when they were finished, I have since found out from British Gas that I didn't need to leave me property! House was an absolute mess when they left. No effort to tidy anything! Weeks later I smell gas, I ended up with a gas leak and water leak!! Manager was slightly more helpful when I phoned about this but still an attitude!
Pipes have been leaking green liquid, pressures down and dripping noise. When I phoned to get someone out the patronising attitude was disgusting. But someone did arrange to come out, today. On arrival I noticed it was the same guy as last time but today he was even worse. Wouldn't even listen to my concerns and said 'for God sake, I've just came down from Glasgow for this'. I said excuse me, this boiler is under warranty so it's your job to to come out. Basically about turned and walked out my house! Absolutely a******e of a man! You can shove your warranty, I'd rather pay a decent company to fix my boiler than ever phone this company again!!!!
This is just one of my many complaints I will putting in against this man.

I left 2 voice messages before someone called me back. I then spoke to a woman on the phone about what I required. She said she'd email me what they needed from me. I replied to the email with the requested information and cc'd the additional person they said I needed to contact. It's been 3 weeks and I never heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional.

Everwarm used a guttering firm when doing a big village exterior wall insulation job. Now the gutters are falling apart and this guttering firm that Everwarm used doesn't exist anymore. Never had one problem with the old gutters. Most of the houses in the village have huge streak marks even during the lightest rain.

Had my new combi boiler fitted today.Great job and nice bunch of guys that were very tidy and efficient .

almost 1 year since an initial survey and agreeing for work to be completed on both my own and my neighbours property we are still no further forward.

Company messed us around from day one, lost earnings due to taking time off to have the work done for them to appear and say that they needed scaffolding so could not start.

Complained and got nowhere, absolute Joke of a company.

Avoid them, this company is nothing but a disease in society!

Very disappointed about the luck of communication, paid for wall insulation back in August after a few phone calls I was told that the work would start at beginning of November, as today 1/11/2018 nothing happened, after another phone call I was told the work would start I January 2019 because they do not want to leave the scaffolding on for the December month if I knew this would had happen I would I never gone for it
