Took a day off for their guy to complete a survey for cavity wall insulation. He mentioned they would need scaffolding to get above the extension at the rear. The work and cost was agreed then and there and I was given installation dates.

A few weeks later I got a call from the installer who said he couldn't get up the side of the house due to the garage. I asked him about scaffolding: turns out none was ever arranged.

Queue another 2 months, a few more supposed supervisor visits and a load of unreturned calls, and I'm still no further forward.
