Had my boiler put in by these guys last Nov. Attitude from the guys, one guy in particular, was shocking. He told me to leave my house and he would phone when they were finished, I have since found out from British Gas that I didn't need to leave me property! House was an absolute mess when they left. No effort to tidy anything! Weeks later I smell gas, I ended up with a gas leak and water leak!! Manager was slightly more helpful when I phoned about this but still an attitude!
Pipes have been leaking green liquid, pressures down and dripping noise. When I phoned to get someone out the patronising attitude was disgusting. But someone did arrange to come out, today. On arrival I noticed it was the same guy as last time but today he was even worse. Wouldn't even listen to my concerns and said 'for God sake, I've just came down from Glasgow for this'. I said excuse me, this boiler is under warranty so it's your job to to come out. Basically about turned and walked out my house! Absolutely a******e of a man! You can shove your warranty, I'd rather pay a decent company to fix my boiler than ever phone this company again!!!!
This is just one of my many complaints I will putting in against this man.
Shocking it's a company recommended through the government!
