what a joke they are turning out to be. they ignore emails and i have spoken to 3 different members of staff 9-12 times, each time they have promised me that a engineer will be out to fix the external light over a 6 month period.I have had it with this company. If everwarm is reading this pull your finger out and get someone out here to get this job fixed and complete!!!!!!!!
