Very polite on the phone. Horrible in person. Took 30 minutes to drop off my vehicle. Ignored 15 of those 30. Got a phone call an hour later saying the part to fix the scheduled recall was not in stock, after all. I was called a week later to set up the appointment again. I asked to make sure the part was in. She said she didn t know and would call me back. She called back two days later and said Whoops, the part is not in after all. Scheduled the next week. Took another 30 minutes to drop off the vehicle. I have no idea if they performed the recalls correctly or not, but they do not give me any sense of confidence in their abilities.
