I expect more from a service department that charg...

I expect more from a service department that charges over $50 for an oil change. When I ask for all my fluid levels and tires to be checked because I'm going on a long trip, then I expect just that. I took my vehicle to a near by tire store where they double checked my fluid levels and my tires. My washer fluid and antifreeze were low and three of my four tires had metal showing; however, I was told everything was good including my tires. All I can say is, WOW and I probably won't be back.
