After several e-mails with the question, he also received a deadline which was not met. What a lack of professionalism! Not only that you have to ask for the payment of funds, the deadlines given after reminders are not true! In your place, I would pay attention to this, because from what I see, not only I had similar experiences. This is not good for your company and does not encourage you to cooperate again. Hello everyone. I came across the European Compensation Center EUCO over a year ago. In the event I had a dislocated left shoulder and fracture of the larger and smaller left shoulder lump. After the accident I was thinking only about what to do next, how to live and who will help me in this whole situation. Pain like ... I won't say what, and great regret to the perpetrator for the harm I suffered. I had a dozen or so percent damage to my health and the pain was inadequate. When EUCO found the perpetrator's civil liability policy, it claimed my damages.
After 40 days of notification, I received 12,000 and over 4,000 reimbursement of care costs.

The accident was 2016 and I was very badly bruised and broken.
After the accident he came to me not known as a representative of another company / office.

The case ended in 2019 and I got planted almost 200,000 with the possibility of further claims. I thought it was ok but ......
I got a bearing on the EUCO Chancellery.
I called and what turned out.
That the case did not have to go to court MORE because all the claims were not filed.
Another company did not report RENT and care costs.
This was immediately dealt with by EUCO despite the verdict.
Within 2 bowls, they received tens of thousands of care costs for me and after completing the relevant RENTA documents for lost income and RENTA for increased needs.
After negotiations on the amount of RENT, they went on to capitalize them ....
The amount that the EUCO has negotiated does not write because you won't believe it.
Now, despite my disability, I KNOW that I can manage financially and for my past, I don't have to worry.

In April, a year will pass from the reported case, all documents reported, treatment completed, a statement with the consent for a given amount sent (5 months ago), the account number sent, and for a few months, unfortunately, there is still no money. I was guided by the opinions of others, to report the matter to them, but apparently I came across an evil person who took my case because I do not even have contact with her.

I definitely recommend. The company has a lot of experience supported by evidence in decisions and judgments for amounts exceeding hundreds of thousands of zlotys and millions obtained in compensation for clients.

It's nice to meet such professionals. From the beginning, all issues are cleared, no hidden costs, 15% commission after completing the entire case successfully. The method of operation itself is very efficient, after the documentation was handed over after two weeks, I had information on how everything will continue, after another 2 months, the money in my account. Almost 3 as much as the insurance company proposed. I recommend!

I do not recommend using this company's services. The costs incurred are much higher than the cost of a private lawyer in a given city. Euco deducts a lot for substitutes and other powers of attorney, these costs can be avoided by using a lawyer in your city. In addition, the percentage deducted for the company's services is large, and the benefits are provided at the most normal level. To sum up, it is better to use the services of private law firms.

I definitely do not recommend. I feel disappointed EUCO company. According to the company's agents, before signing the power of attorney, they valued my damage (without costs incurred by me) at around 20-25 thousand. ... I got about 1300 z . Even the costs of rehabilitation, commuting to hospitals, examinations etc. are not included. Difficult contact, often no contact. Counting on damage to health, according to ZUS, I received 8% - acting alone. And EUCO actions led to the payment of 1% damage + damaged equipment (not all). Persons from EUCO are extremely incompetent, including the fact that they provided false legal information by phone without providing existing paragraphs. I do not mention that the commission was ultimately 15% and 25%. No power, no understanding of the customer, zero communication. In general, I do not recommend and I am considering a civil case against EUCO. To sum up, an accident, knee surgery, several months of rehabilitation, several months of L4 and about 1300 PLN according to EUCO. Thank you, I do not recommend.
