Unfortunately 2 stars. On the plus side there is no problem with a replacement car, polite service and all formalities done for me. Unfortunately, the agent who handled my case was a huge minus. Sending answers after 2 weeks, or not sending them - the norm. I resign from claim services, but as a rental I recommend.
