Dionne provided wonderful service throughout our entire experience. We had some changes along the way and she was extremely flexible with working with us and providing solutions. The instructor was very patient and attentive to my 6 yr old. Although I do wish I did semi private or private lesson. Because I felt like the attention he provided my son took away from the others. Thank you for the memories!!

Recently used Hawaii Adventure Center to arrange a day excursion with round trip transportation. It was easy, convenient and went very well. They checked in a few times and confirmed all arrangements. We traveled a distance and wasn't very familiar with area. I was very pleased with service and friendlyness of everyone we dealt with.

Upset!! I scheduled tubing for my family of 13 a month ahead of time & they cancelled and gave away to others 2 days prior!! Every time I tried to reach them for payment I was unable & I couldn t open the pdf file. It would ve been nice & considerate if they would ve of called me before cancelling for non payment since I couldn t reach someone to pay. The funny thing is they said they had to let the reservation go for our tubing but yet they kept us in the STV tour which was a day later
