According to the company's agents, before signing the power of attorney, they valued my damage (without costs incurred by me) at around 20-25 thousand. ... I got about 1300 z . Even the costs of rehabilitation, commuting to hospitals, examinations etc. are not included. Difficult contact, often no contact. Counting on damage to health, according to ZUS, I received 8% - acting alone. And EUCO actions led to the payment of 1% damage + damaged equipment (not all). Persons from EUCO are extremely incompetent, including the fact that they provided false legal information by phone without providing existing paragraphs. I do not mention that the commission was ultimately 15% and 25%. No power, no understanding of the customer, zero communication. In general, I do not recommend and I am considering a civil case against EUCO. To sum up, an accident, knee surgery, several months of rehabilitation, several months of L4 and about 1300 PLN according to EUCO. Thank you, I do not recommend.
