In my opinion, euco are real specialists in the compensation industry. I was fed up with the fruitless fight for compensation, and euco was the obvious choice for me. I do not recommend this company, there is no contact between employees and to call the finance department is a failure normally. The money from the insurance company was already in January we have April and I did not get a transfer today. Information that the transfer will be carried out on 19/04/2019 I got, but today we have 25 and here the transfer as it was not so. I wrote to the financial department of meila, there is no one to write back to him. This company is one big failure I regret that I chose them. I do not recommend omitting people with their wide berth.

Such treatment of clients proves the company's unprofessional approach to the undertaken cases. At the beginning, everything looks nice and beautiful, your contact is great, you can ask about everything, receive reliable information on the current progress of the case. The problems begin when everything is buttoned up and we have to wait for the transfer from the company. As your client, I receive information about the specific date of the transfer, then the deadline is changed, and finally it turns out that the money has not been sent so far. The financial department does not answer the calls, you can hang on the handset for half a day (I made over 50 calls in one day), and still, there is no chance to talk to anyone responsible for finances. After all, you also have a time limit for crediting the payments that you received as representatives of your clients. I am waiting for your reaction and reply when I receive the funds due to me.
